It is so crazy to see this area redeveloped. All of those old abandoned shot guns houses was a sight to see back in the day .
It certainly has transformed over time, only more development coming to the area as well! It's crazy to see what Jax is like now versus 30 years ago.
Brooklyn is not new , it's old just had life put back into it .
and it's a beautiful area!

She is literally showing one strip mall and apartment complex. This place is not up and coming nor does it have options for food. Lived here all my life.
It's a great area that is continuously developing, similar to the downtown Jax area surrounding it.
I love this neighborhood!

I'll be working in amelia island. Is Brooklyn the closest "city life" with lofts and updated living?
Not necessarily- you may also love Riverside or the St. John’s town center area. How long will you be working on the island?
I also would look at the river city market place .
My goodness, the zoning is terrible in Jax. Suburban surface parking lots in brand new development 🙃
If I’m not mistaken the requirements has been changed for the north bank but The south bank is very suburban lol
