That happens if the sponge inside the cartridge becomes over saturated and can not absorb the ink any more. It's due to over filling over the time. Refilling cartridges have limitations. The sponge loses it's capacity over time.

Maine cartridges refill ki thi but still not working
Display mein cartridge v empty show hota
Even cartridge ke niche ink v hai jb tissue pe rakho
Maine complete cartridge ko empty krke again fill krke dekha but not worked

Or bhai black cartaige mai refill kr chuki hu.. Printer mai. Empty show bhi nhi karta hai.. Magr print nikalo toh nikalete nhi.. Kya kru... Phele nikale the print refill ke baad 20 , 30 page.. Uske baad nhi nikelega maine caratige ko pura empty kia dobara refill kia.. Fir bhi print nhi nikal rhe hai...
