Nice one! A few weeks ago I actually used komoot to plan a ride including Ben Ledi but coming up from the Glen Finglas side. Great descent but was quite busy with walkers when I did it. “Windy” is a great app for planning your rides round the weather btw 👍
How was that for you? I've ridden Glen Finglas recently thanks to Komoot but haven't done it up to Ben Ledi (was on a Gravel Bike). I want to do Glen Finglas to Balquidder, lunch/pint at Mhor 84 and ride back but maybe I should add in Ben Ledi too!
Hey Scotty, when do you decide to use the ebike vs the regular pedal? It would seem more intuitive that you use the assistance for significant ascents like this video and the typically ride on the local mountain? Are you more worried about weight and the possibility of shorting the electronics. Just wondering why the eRide wasn’t a choice in this case. Thanks. The Ransom eRide is coming! 👍

I use komoot in France, really good app 👍
Nice vid by the way👌
It's a great app, thanks for the feedback! :)
So, you’re Scotty, you ride Scotts, and live in Scotland. Coincidence?😀😀😀
Huge coincidence or planned? 🤔

@@ScottyLaughland keep up the good work
Beautiful single track..
Incredible single track and super easy to find!
Great riding from the summit, on that second trip up Ledi were you riding down the normal tourist route or towards Stank glen thanks,
Thanks man! Normal tourist route down. I think the Stank Glen would be in sections very challenging to ride down.
Nice video. We’re your hands not cold in the rain
Yip... unplanned rain and unprepared!!

Komoot rules in Europe. Trailforks is the best app in the US
you live in beautiful part of the world for sure
I'm lucky to live where I do!
Well it's easy to find epic rides right where you live, if that is where you live 😝
This is partly true! I believe you can find good Singletrack where ever tho!
@@ScottyLaughland sure, but that Epic part May not be there 😉
Se minha bicicleta ver uma decida dessa ela volta para trás
Will komoot synch to a garmin?
Yip! Sure will...
I AM INDIAN AND WE DON'T HAVE MTB TRAILS , WE HAVE ONLY FARMS !
