Today we’re going to be trying a very interesting new acrylic pouring technique! To try this one at home you’ll need to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee to get started!

As a chef, I have a similar torch. It is interesting that the same technique both eradicates occlusion bubbles and brings forth color bubbles. Very fun!

I have never seen a mug technique like that. It worked great making the flowers. And the tiny cells are so delicate. What a beautiful painting 😊

I just found this video. I am going to give this a try today. I like the thought of using a cup to produce flowers. Thank you so much for sharing this unique technique. I can’t wait. It looks like so much fun.
Interesting technique. You're putting the bottom "ring" of the mug outside the layered paint puddle and then dragging it through? The final "smear" effect is very ethereal. Kind of looks like plasma after torching to create cells. You should try a painting like this with "thermal" colors, like heat vision. Would also be a very cool technique for portraiture.

Oh. My. Gosh. You must have VERY steady hands so you don't drop the mug too deeply into the paint. These are amazing!! The details that you achieve and the delicacy... I am in awe!!! Love Love LOVE!!!!! XX Cheers!! ~ Jan
It’s honestly not too bad - the paint provides a bit of resistance that helps it glide along rather than sinking into it - it might take a try or two to get the hang of it but I really recommend the technique, it’s very fun!! 🥰☕️
@@abcreativeofficial I've watched this one twice now, I think the key to this style is to relax and let your wrist do the movement very gently. My mother is quite the gardener, she would love this (and your poppies - they are lovely!). This is definitely on my list of techniques to try!

I have tried your mug pull painting but it's not as easy as I thought ! I used to paint detailed landscapes when I was younger. Now I'm 64 I've discovered Acrylic Pouring and It's great Fun!
