Thank you for your question. With chords, I compare them to words. The more words a person has in their vocabulary, the more effective they are able to communicate. So with chords, learn as many chords as possible, listen to as many songs as possible. Eventually, you will find that the chords you have learnt will easily be called from memory when you need to use them
