Darren have you tried London's kings cross train station because l have tried stealth camping at London's kings cross station and it was a wonderful nights sleep you should try it for your self

FYI you can get your mot done up to 1 month before expiry & not lose any days.work as things age take longer & longer.just look at how long it takes me to get out of bed ;)
Hey Darren, All these stealthy vans trying to hide and then I watch your videos and it sounds like you park up undisturbed in a proper motorhome. It does make me wonder if it's necessary to be stealthy. Just wondering why people do it.
I lived in my campervan for 7 years. It's clearly a campervan and I have never ever had any hassle at all. I keep my campervan clean and we'll presented. You don't need to stealth camp at all.
I bought the Halfords 3.0 jump pack (£90) after borrowing my neighbours one(3years old) and jumped my 2.9 diesel perfectly a number of times and is about a quarter of the size of the one you tested and fits perfect in the glove box with other bits and bobs

At the end of the day the fund is only like house insurance and very sensible. The jump power packs are ace, got me out of trouble a few times. This bug going around is horrible took some time to shake.
The other day I, as an american, did my first small circle roundabout which was very weird feeling. Instead of like a minute to 10 minutes wasted. We, as in all cars attending, got where we needed to go in about 10 to 20 seconds taking well timed turns.

I lived in Luton for about 7 or 8 years. Have some happy memories. I remember seeing a TV show about armed response police and saw they were driving around those local streets! 😄

£220 for service and MOT, bargain. and a third of what it cost me on Harley motorbike, which is why i now do most servicing myself. for my car i have a little local garage and probably about the same costs. and like you i have a little fund so if it costs me £500 a year to keep car going i am pretty happy with that. (16 yr old Mondeo) and like you starting to rust so need to wire brush that next summer. stay safe, stay warm, winter is upon us.
I don’t understand why people get so hung up parking on the road. If your motor is legal, you have got every right to park where you want, outside of yellow lines and resident permit bays. People seem to think they own the land immediately outside their house as well! Not the case!
I am thinking of doing vanlife full time. But worried about finding safe places to sleep. From what I've seen its kind of expensive driving around looking for places to stay.

Can I pick your brain, bought a bluetti 1000w generator, but apparently it has a 700w inverter. How the hell do these companies define wattage?! One last thing, can you please tell people to wait for the glow plug light to go out in diesels!!! Keep on trucking mate!!
The 1000w will be the capacity of the battery the inverter will probably run a bit over 700 as they normally have a surge double feature.but keep a eye on heat running both near capacity:) Also try not to run it lower than 20% or charge higher than 80% # longerlife :)

Ha ha, agree. I used to strive for "stealth" but once the solar panel goes on, I'm an obvious camper! 😄

It's usually safe in residential areas. But in the nature it is a bit tricky.
