I'm glad you mentioned using an airfryer, I was wondering why other van lifers weren't using them, whether they use too much power? They are so convenient. And I'm glad you are cutting out carbs to help your diabetes, it never made sense to me why my dad had to eat so many carbs when his body told him it couldn't cope with them

Stayed there last year as a base to visit family in Hertfordshire. Cricket Club next door makes people staying on site welcome. Found it was home to a community of lots of people working in London and lots of single divorced chaps who had lost their homes to their wives but wanted to stay near to their kids. Everyone was really friendly, only downside was the storage yard as people's alarms kept going off.

Vans looking great with all those lights on, for tv shows I'd definitely recommend "gangs of London" "brassic" and for movies, "future warriors" make sure to select English in the language options though, merry Xmas and keep safe in all that snow, I'm 36-28c here on Boracay island, back to uk in March! I can't give you any Xmas stuff to watch but I can highly recommend Seal Team. It's a great action series but there's also some real heart wrenching stuff too. As for your diabetes, my wife is following Dr Ken Berry on UA-cam, he teaches how to eat a carnivore diet to reverse it. Good luck!
