in the next 3 days, i will go to work for a difficult job, it is difficult but the reward is big. i will work with people that more excelent than me, more experience than me, more pwerful than me. I feel nervous , fear, i visualize all difficult situation that can happen to me. And that make me scare shitless. May be it time clear my mind, except the present and welcome whataver fate throw to me. The fear still there but i willing to go.

Hi Kristian! Thank you for this wonderful video! It is profound and super insightful! I look forward to buying your book. It will be available everywhere soon? Also, the concept you discuss named "The Void"... This idea is from Buddhism or Taoism? I would love to read more about it, so if you have book recommendations, that would be wonderful! Keep up the great work!

      Thank you!
And I'm honestly not sure where "the void" concept comes from. It's just been powerful in my life.
Although there is definitely strong themes of allowance and sacred lack in Taoism - Tao Te Ching - and in Yoga - Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

Ah! The monkey mind, I know it well. The greatest battles we face are with ourselves, temet nosce.
And remember, there is no spoon 😊.

The best way to deal with a relationship, is to have NO EXPECTATIONS. It frees them to be exactly who they truly are, and you wont ever get upset. If you do get upset, that means that on a deep level- you had an expectation. It works with everything in life. If you get upset at anything, it means you had some kind of expectation.
I also completely agree with you when you mentioned showing up as your best self in everything you do. When i was little, that was my natural mind set- and because of that i have NEVER failed at something i wanted to accomplish. Not once. People say that you need to try and fail at things and if you dont fail at things you arent trying enough things- i completely disagree. If you try something and fail at it, you just didnt want it bad enough. For instance, i suck at science. But i have a need inside me to understand my world. That need is so powerful that i can go into a scientific discussion and get a basic understanding of anything being discussed because ive trained my brain to weed out the things that make it hard for me to understand, and i will only hear the things that are pertinent to understanding the concepts. Most scientists will intentionally speak in a way that makes them sound more intelligent then they are and the subject as more difficult than it is.
