    Ingredients and recipe:
    - All-purpose wheat flour 300 g
    - Soft butter 180-200 grams
    1. Rub butter and flour into crumbs with your hands
    2. Repeat after me
    - Kefir 250 ml
    - Salt 1 tsp.
    - soda 3/4 tsp.
    - Vinegar 3/4 tbsp.
    3. Stir with a spoon
    4. Pour in kefir
    - Egg 1 piece.
    5. Mix with a whisk
    6. Add another 300 grams of flour
    7. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
    8. Place the dough on the table
    9. Knead for 4-5 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.

    11. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
    12. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 40-45 minutes
    13. While the dough is resting, we prepare the filling
    - Cabbage 1 kg
    14. Cut into thin slices and place in a frying pan
    15. Simmer for 5 minutes
    - Oregano 1 tsp.
    - Salt 1 tsp.
    - Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp.
    - Ground paprika 1.5 tsp.
    16. Stir and simmer under the lid for another 5-7 minutes
    17. The dough has set and you can work with it.
    18. Divide the dough into two parts (one slightly larger than the other)
    19. Roll them into a ball
    20. Roll out a larger ball into a 25 x 35 cm rectangle
    21. The diameter of my baking dish is 20x30 cm
    22. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it out
    23. Lay out our filling
    24. Roll out a smaller ball into a 20 x 30 cm rectangle
    - Boiled egg 2 pcs.
    25. Cut into cubes and add to the filling
    26. Cover the top with the second piece of dough
    27. Attach the edges to create a beautiful pattern
    28. Make holes with a fork

    - Egg yolk 1 piece. and milk 1 tbsp.
    30. Lubricate with a brush
    31. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 35-40 minutes
