You and Alex have been so helpful to me and my business, I feel like it is the one thing that has dramatically changed my business immediately. THANK YOU!
Stumbled upon Alexs content. Then I came onto you... And wow! Your content is even better. Just so actionable and useful in day to day business building. Hats off to you, Leila :-)
I read alex"s book and you know what i really liked the way he told that u were with him when he was nothing nd you supported him in every area, really you are such a great partner and I hope you both stay together always ❤️
I’m on my 4th company and have a staff of people who have over 20+ years of experience each but I’ve learned fantastic and useful lessons from your recent videos. Keep it up.
i saw the thumbnail of this video and i assumed you were talking about men and this was going to be a video of how to bench 315 lolol always good stuff!!!
Whoa! 😅 I never understood company culture! Until today!!!! I’ve even worked for “big corp.” Companies and never experienced this. This is ahhh-maze balls
Thank you for the great explanation! Totally on point, we usually miss recognition and we think it's only about compensation, realizing too late the impacting this has on moral, engagement and talent retention.
I keep coming back to this - very well mapped out. I'm interested to know how you measured % increase / decrease in culture and engagement etc (Even how you specifically measure profitability, turnover etc) - would love to be able to track all of this.
So excited to learn about the other side of business that gets over looked. Startups use weekly “Snaps" for Peer-to-Peer Recognition. This speaks volumes to increasing motivation, and productivity. Yes these metrics are harder to quantify but essential to reduce turnover and having a negative culture. Thank you Leila!
You guys are awesome. Also, you both speak extremely fast. And with the same cadence. I just thought I’d share the observation. Thanks for all the great content and for adding me on LinkedIn!
I cant keep up with these videos, so much golden info. Thank you. As a gym launch customer we knew how awesome you guys were. The ops part is so valuable for our other businesses. Love it.
Leila, thanks for sharing your valuable experience. We used to do similar recognition program, but then we stopped(not entirely but the quarterly rewards/prizes, etc.) It’s also disheartening / maybe they don’t really like it perhaps esp. when employees don’t even thank you eg. Birthday/Easter/ Christmas presents or appreciation drinks/refreshments sent to the office for everyone to share, etc. it’s also hard to measure the outcomes for the time/efforts implemented. Would you mind sharing how you measure yours please if you have time to do so? Thanks
Leila thank you so much for this video. I am currently getting a master degree in IO Psychology and I am trying to get a lot training and this video just nailed it.
Really helpful and so true, really key to praise and show appreciation, especially to create loyalty among employees and to keep them motivated! Greetings from a Swede in Beijing ☀️ Keep up the epic content! 🔥💪
Great video! I think most people watching know we’re not doing enough so I was hooked within the first 30 seconds and the real value came in the back half of the video. Thanks again!
Hi Leila, please could you cover what training you've done and would recommend (eg you mentioned you took training on how to run an effective meeting) :)
I feel like I do a great job of telling people that they do great work for me but then they don't retain and I wonder what else could I have done to retain great talent.
Im in the process of learning how to be a better leader. Having a hard time getting those under me to have the same level of pride I do. Just can't get them to care the way I do. Any suggestions?
My wife outperforms other workers doing the same job at 2x-4x output. She gets rewarded by harassment from managers for the most absurd things. Where are these magical businesses that reward people for performance and teamwork? How would you find one?

Has to be genuine praise.
Don't just say things to make people happy.
They know when you are just saying positive things to butter them up.

Great job Leila💪🔥🚀
This video is really valuable! Thank you 🙏🏼
Delivering the goods as always. Implementing this this week 🙌🏼🔥
Thank you for the consistent value. It does not go unrecognized.
Awesome Leila! Really showed me how bad we are at this! I've sent to our leadership team to make a formal process
Leila thank you so much for this video. I am currently getting a master degree in IO Psychology and I am trying to get a lot training and this video just nailed it.
Im a 9 while Im training the new employees. Then I probably drop to a 2 after the training is complete. This is worth improving on.
Not even gonna lie, I thought you said you were 9 years old and training employees 😂
Simple enough, and will implement this week!! Looking forward to part 5! 🙌
Really helpful and so true, really key to praise and show appreciation, especially to create loyalty among employees and to keep them motivated! Greetings from a Swede in Beijing ☀️ Keep up the epic content! 🔥💪
Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to put this out there for us small business owners. Can’t wait to try it
Got it Leila. Thank you so much 😃

Awesome, thank you
I feel like I do a great job of telling people that they do great work for me but then they don't retain and I wonder what else could I have done to retain great talent.
Thank you! Great job! See what I did there
This may sound weird but, how do you measure culture? i get the point about its importance but, how do you actually put it in numbers?
Recognition reinforces behavior
Im in the process of learning how to be a better leader. Having a hard time getting those under me to have the same level of pride I do. Just can't get them to care the way I do. Any suggestions?
Recognition is key. I’m not on any corporate ladder but I do enjoy my job and when my employer thanks me. I want to continue my job. Love your videos!
RING LIGHTS!!!
Does a significant pay increase to employee count?

By stop being a doormat and get out of the company ASAP after the first infraction
💥💯

That thumbnail tho
Can you tell me who wrote your amazing bio?
Just pay your employees well, and use uncapped incentive schemes. All the other "recognition" is just patronizing.
It depends on your personality. I'm like you but you would be surprised how probably 70% of people need that shit
I have nothing to sell you …..
Yet …. 😂😂🤣
Are you all investing in Insurance marketing companies???
No they don't
