The much more vivid one can see and think within the mind, the more prepared one can be for an event. Many great people use visualization and mental rehearsals as their daily training.

Sales people rehearse scripts with imaginary customers.

Painters practice certain brushstrokes in their minds eye.

@brucelee would visualize writing all his negative thoughts on a paper then setting it on fire. (Read that in a biography)

The much more vivid and clear you can see a thing in mind, the easier it’ll be to bring it into reality.

Training is never done. When you’re not physically training, you’re mentally training. Visualize and think BIGGER. And always remember, TRAIN HARD & BE KIND!!! Let’s GO!!!
