IDK why youtube recommended me this but good luck. Getting rather tired of the "I want to be there for my children line" though I have to say, I cringed and stopped watching the moment I heard that.

@@mysanalumina LMFAO. Children are important and that is a HUGE reason to lose weight and stay alive. Not sure why anyone would cringe at that.

Only seen your more recent Video's thought i'd come back and watch some of your early vlog start vids. I use to donate plasma twice a week don't every feel ashamed about donating it helps saves soo many lives not only is it used in research of medicines but also used in military and hospital's for those desperate need. After I married my wife I was unable to donate anymore (she has a condition blood related) that disqualified me, I don't wonder If my journey may have started sooner like yours if i was still able to donate and denied do to weight.

Hey, it's hard brother but I know you can do it. I find that how we talk to ourselves and the story we tell about ourselves internally is the most critical part. You aren't the fat guy who can't do things because they're too big, you're the health conscious guy that eats right and never misses a workout even when they don't feel like it. Be that guy and your success is inevitable. Believe it enough and it'll be something to draw strength from in the difficult moments. I believe in you.

My best tips after going down 20kg and staying that way. Im 182 cm and 75kg, so my BMI is normal now.
    1. Eat crisp bread (eg swedish brand Wasa) instead of normal soft bread for breakfast and lunch. Only eat low calorie things on them, like low fat cottage cheese and low calorie jam (artificialy sweetened). Have a piece of peeled fruit.
    2. Dinner: Half plate must be greens. Eat just a small amount of rice or other carbs. I prefer quinoa. Greens must not be over coocked! They need to still have a little crunch. My favourites are broccoli and califlower that I grill on a table grill then season.
    3. No snacks monday to thursday, only fruit. Dont fall for the trap of thinking that nuts are a «healty snack». Yes they are not unhealty, but they are very high in calories.
    4. For supper: Have a smootie of oats, a teaspoon or two of physillum, half an avocado, some low calorie youghurt and some artificially sweetened whey vanilla protein powder. Add cold water for perfect consistense. I use a blender (stick type).
Do I still eat hamburgers and pizza? Yes - but no fries. And no cheese or bacon on the burger. And only three medium slices of pizza with a big salad with low calorie dressing.

I wish you best of luck! My journey started 2 years ago when I was pre-diabetic, in so much pain, being heavily medicated by my doctor, depressed and missing time with the family and work. Being obese is a disease, we need to start normalizing people being normal weight instead of all this bs about body positivity, they are normalizing ill bodies and that is not ok. Much like yourself I started my horrible eating habits as a kid because my parents did not know better, now as an adult I needed to take charge so I started studying more about nutrition, I enjoy weight training and it makes me feel so much better. The gym taught me patience, that you must work for the long term results you so much desire. 1-2 years and I am really happy with the results, I can move so much better now, most of my joint pains are gone! I hope all those things happen to you as well, the journey is tough, but the rewards outweigh the hard times! Trust the process, ENJOY THE PROCESS and make sure to not go all out at once so you can adhere to your new life style! All the best!!
