Love your channel and you showing Abruzzo. Such a neglected region. Please lower the volume of the music 😅

How much did your house cost. I want to move from England as everyday is grey and wet.

Thank for watching! Without getting too personal, our house was very affordable. As any place in the world, Italy runs the gambit of property prices. Location also plays large part in the price of a property. One thing I can assure of is that Italy is very welcoming and a beautiful place to live.

What do you do for a drivers licence in Italy? Do you use rental cars? Thanks - John

Hi John. Thanks for watching! We went to AAA in the US and got an international driver’s license. For now this works for us, as it is valid for 1 year. For cars, we have to rent them, we have used Avis and Budget, but there are companies that offer long term rental and are much more economical. Some neighbors use this company and have had great experiences: Renault EuroDrive

What surprises me about Italy, is that for a relatively small country with a big population, you have all these pretty much uninhabited areas.

So true. It's mainly mountain or hills and there are lots of forest.
