@@zayajackson1337 well after you reach level 80, if you do raid on digistruck peak you'll gain an extra overpower level, enemies, bosses, equipment, etc will be 1 level higher BUT you won't actually gain the level, you can equip the stronger equipment though. Once you complete the raid once, you save and quit and load up your character again and it'll ask you if you want to raise your overpower level, raise it to 1 and then complete another raid and you'll reach overpower 2, you keep doing that until op 10 but it's a pain to do.
And don't forget strip the flesh and a fleshy crunch mod. Oh and light the fuse so the final explosion is fucking insane. Now i wonder if a krieg in LtF mode can get second wind by killing another krieg. Or actually just any character killing krieg.

I mained Krieg as a while when the Handsome Collection was free on Playstation, put points into Krieg's Fuel the Rampage and thought it was really nice to actually get my super out quicker. Then a random Maya joined me, killed one enemy, sprouted wings, and I proceeded to be constantly in a state of revive and die for the next twelve minutes while they forced me to compete in the Hyperion Slaughterdome. I don't think I've touched Krieg since then.
After the patch Unf0reseen deals a really good amount of damage. You can even make a build around it and it kills things quite well. Kill C0nfirmed also works quite well with a shotgun build. Laser Sight is pretty underwhelming, but the tracking speed doesn't actually affect the turret negatively unless it's shooting at flying enemies. If you tested it against something that's not a Varkid and runs up to the turret you'd see it gets more accurate. Also Fuel the Rampage is literally useless with RtB. Edit: Laser Sight never affects the turret negatively period. It just increases accuracy and doesn't touch rotation speed or anything else.
I say true for Unf0reseen because im an expert melee Zero and i can kill ranged enemies with it. And thank god that its only on the 8th place so i didnt got THAT triggered. And as my opinion its a very good skill now. And Kill Confirmed? I never use that skill. Not even its skill tree. And Hellfire Halitosis? That sounds cool. In my opinion
Unforseen is one of my favorite skills, it does a fantastic job of finishing off enemies in my melee build or weakening enemies for easy follow up in my many must fall chains.
...I'm not sure what your issue with Shock damage is. Shock damage is the most consistent and useful Elemental damage type in the game, considering its damage is never reduced except against Shock elemental enemies, which aren't that common. I'm not sure why you think it's not useful. I agree the skill you mentioned is useless, but the damage type it deals is not.
MisterGunpowder shock damage is decent but not amazing. yes it has consistency but you could just use an element that an enemy is weak to (neglecting the shields). Gaige can boost shock damage though, which makes it amazing. overall, shock element isnt that bad.
The issue with that is that, in the games I played with friends, we often found that we often needed consistency more than we needed the boost from an elemental weakness, and in general if it was necessary to get a boost like that we just used slag to boost it. Corrosive damage is great against robots and fire damage is great against flesh, but when those aren't factors (like an enemy has a shield) then we needed to just use our shock weapons anyways. Then again, a big important thing here is that we built our group to fight raid bosses.
Agreed, shock is the most consistent. I'm guessing he has a playstyle of one of each element? That would make a shock only ability less appealing if that's the case. (Eg Fire and corrosive deals 1.7x damage to their respective weakness.)
I dont know about this but shock is the most neutral element, sure it works on both flesh and armor but wont excel compared to fire and corrosive, other than shredding an enemies' shield, its more of a "safe" element. But what is more powerful? a regular non elemental damage or a shock damage? weapons coming with an element will have an innate low base damage to compensate with the elemental effect. Will a non elemental ladyfist better than a shock ladyfist?
Since I built up Maya's harmony tree, I've actually gotten a lot of use out of her melee, so I don't find her melee upgrades so useless. When built a certain way, harmony Maya has insane sustain so long as she keeps killing and phaselocking enemies. Once I hit the mid twenties, I swapped from a sniper playstyle to just running in with a shotgun, and it works well. Granted, this is relying on building her in a very specific way.

The Unf0reseen skill is actually one of my favorite Zer0 skills, killed tons of enemies with it while playing melee. I'm not necessarily playing melee all the time, but I like to jump into groups of enemies, activate my action skill and hit the biggest fish to deathmark him while most of the enemies are still close by, that way you deal pretty decent damange 🤷🏻 Also shock damage is probably my favorite elemental damage next to corrosion, I equip shock grande mods pretty much at all times, I feel like the mods that create a "shock damage area" deal most damage to most enemy types.
@@grandduelslover3055 No it doesn't, it's because if you activate while below 1/3 HP your action skill has no cooldown to begin with. Fuel the rampage has literally 0 benefits.
Unf0rseen is decent if you throw it next to an enemy and blow it up especially at lower levels with buffs from items you can do 6 or 7 thousand damage early in the game when 1000 was a lot of damage
Unforseen is actually one of my favorites, I usually speed run maps and use deception to bypass large mobs and unforseen is amazing at weakening large groups at once and it's great against enemies with annoying shields like ion loaders
eh, there is still the issue of it being a timed melee override, so its not like it'll be superior to other options, as well as there being plenty of other skills that can help with fire DOT stuff. i feel like the real issue is, it doesn't get melee bonuses, and well, it's a fucking melee character. presumably, you can do better with a normal melee hit with stuff in mania.
@@hrafn6588 the very first enemy he killed with krieg was with hellfire halitosis. the firehawk wasn't even going off at that point. the ruthless bullymong later, yeah, was slagged and had firehawk novas going off, but the first one died almost just from halitosis.
@@leeman27534 I like halitosis for this exact reason; you can throw out the burn to guarantee setting yourself on fire before going into your main damage output. I really like it in a mid range firehawk build, at least for mobbing through the game. But I can see how people wouldn't have use for it in end tier with farmed weapons.
Thoughtlock should really be somewhere on the list. Not only did they have the gall to make it a capstone skill in Maya’s green tree, all it does is make enemies fight each other for a few seconds when Phaselock is activated, and in UVHM and OP levels it’s utterly useless because the enemies do very little damage to each other and on those difficulties they regenerate their HP anyway.
Hellfire hellitosis i find is really good for melle shotgun krieg builds, especially wheb doing hamerlocks dlc. Most of the savages i seem to face are warriors and mob up on me. I find hellfire hellitosis can melt this mob surrounding me and any that live burn to death. I also find it helpful to use against creatures that attack in large swarms like varkids. Also, i find it can critical enemies a lot easier and multiple times with one mellee
I've actually had a good time with hellfire halitosis. The thing it's useful for is getting ignitions during rampage. I've been running a build centered around maximizing damage resistance and melee output, and numbed nerves is one of the important bonuses I use. If you extinguish mid-rampage, the hellfire halitosis is a good way to light back up since you can spray the area. It's awful in gunplay, but it's an extra attack you can take advantage of during the rampage.
Still for me the worst skill is Krieg's light the fuses skill now I'll say I enjoy this skill in NM, TVH,UVH modes but once you go into the OP difficultys in order for this skill to work even a little bit you have to have a class mod adding points to Krieg's explosive damage and even still this won't do enough damage to get back up
Still it takes away your guns, and unless you spec out specifically for ltf (which is silly comparing it to guns you should have). Sure you get to run around but I would have to see video proof of someone killing a badass after level 55, nevermind lvl 72 haha.
i don't about that, Duty calls seems pretty useful to me. Just use that infinity pistol, the slag turret, and just for some extra damage the bee sheild and you got some serious damage potential.
Couldn't disagree more with "Kill confirmed" tbh. It's extremely powerful when you use a sniper rifle with Decepti0n. After placing the decoy, just quickly spam Death Bl0ss0m all over your targets, raise your sniper (hopefully with a full mag for 0ne sh0t 0ne kill), wait until Decepti0n is about to run out - B00m, headshot! First target down, next one also begging for a bullet because of the kunai debuff. The only thing I'd like to see about it being changed is the time it needs for stacking all the way up to 5. That would allow you to mark enemies that force you to look into a different direction, probably wasting a stack or maybe even yuor Decepti0n bonus.
I agree with KC, it goes against better skills like CA and Rising shot, also zer0 needs to be on the move. So while you can get more out of your deception shot that is the shot you don't need more out of. You already have deception and OSOK.

VPG Probably hasn't learnt full Zer0 Sniping, Its extremely powerful, for instance, I use snider shock and slag... That's it! I have a DHUP and a grog in slot 3 & 4 , Antagonist, Magic-missile/Crossfire/Singularity as grenade and Deadly Sniper comm.I use Kill Confirmed all the time, I'm good at hitting criticals with makes this op, if the enemy is slagged I can take lower tier enemy (Lunatic, Bandits E.T.C) In one hit. Its amazing skill there are so many other skills you can say shit but this defensible isn't one.
Kreig has 2 of them. The friendly fire one and the one that replaces fight for your life. Throwing dynamite should be op but you literally can’t kill a damn thing.
@@jacktryhards431 You cannot use guns when using Light the Fuse. This is what makes it bad. Yes, you can run around and chase an enemy hiding behind cover, or get back to your team and be revived, but once you start getting stronger weapons Light the Fuse becomes really bad. It's great in early game though, if it's your first play through you can try it out and respec skill points if you change your mind

@@jacktryhards431 well now hold on, while it's not very smart to build your krieg entirely around light the fuse, krieg is still very good with explosives. Grenades to be specific. You can do some crazy damage with this certain grenade called the fast ball if you invest enough into the blood lust tree and get the final skill. And with another skill from that tree, you can get grenades back while everything around you just explodes. Pair this with a flesh crunch mod and boom. Explosive build. Though I'm a melee build myself. So if you really want to see a explosive krieg build I highly recommend viewing some builds on youtube.
I don't know how much damage Unforeseen does in UVHM but overall for me I like the combo of using it stacked with other melee skills to boost the melee damage so I can one shot someone and summon another clone while the last one explodes drawing attention from things like skags. Works for me especially when I Execute them from behind into the clone.
Yeah, I always preferred ranged attacks with Maya...hardly ever used melee. I mostly played solo, so Maya's "Sweet Release" I found to be one of the most helpful.
Something to note, one point into laser sight is fairly useful to see what your turret is siming at, and can keep you from being brained from behind by psychos

Once you get RTB, fuel the rampage becomes literally useless. But it helps with Krieg's leveling experience in normal mode, as it's actually quite a tedious grind. He's just not that great until RTB.
Machi gonna have to disagree fuel the rampage is great if you have friends willing to help you with getting salt the wound stacks then rushing in as krieg you can mop up a mob of enemies with little to no issue at all not to mention combo with bloodsplosion or release the beast and you destroy tons of enemies with no issues.

Ive never really had an issue with unf0rseen. I mostly use it for melee zero builds because if I'm up close and in decepti0n, I takes down sheilds pretty well so if an enemy had a Nova sheild, I wouldn't have to deal with it. I find it useful in that situation, but other than that yeah, it kinda sucks.
Wait...you have no problem with Maya's worst kill skill Blight Pheonix, but you hate Backdraft? Backdraft maya is very niche thing but it's better than using Blight Pheonix. and Zer0's Iron Hand - Why should I do healthstacking on Glass canon? And dmg is not really noticeable. Gaige's the Stare - bad skill, changing more useful element to less effective one Shock Storm - the only thing that are going to be damaged by this skill are mindgets, psychos and maybe spiderants or varkids and Ranger is worse than Duty calls but com that boosts DC sucks.
Blight Phoenix at least has the chance to stagger an enemy that approaches melee range. That can be handy for fighting off Rabids between Phaselocks. On the flipside though it can set off barrels, just like Gaige's shock reload skill: user beware.
XoRandomGuyoX having problem with rabids? Just use your fucking phaselock on them. Cloud, converge and singularity grenades are better for crowd control than Blight.

hellfire hellitosis is probably just a joke skill, and I think it's fun to use against low - level enemies. just get to lvl 60, and play through the normal campaign using only the skill. its not a good nor useful one, but it's just to have fun with. Something games are made for.
I've been playing krieg for quite a while now, and I always get the fire breathing skill, it's been super useful for me, between over kill damage healing and elemental damage healing breathing fire on a regular enemy will A. catch you on fire which is a good thing B. heal you which is really good and C. kill the enemy which is a bonus Idk what you guys are talking about with this skill being a joke

I like back draft for a bit of a DoT heal with lifetap on a tanky shotgun Maya. It is also fun to use a roid and a grog with this, and run around as a ninja on 0p0, but it isn't very practical. Also, hi, how are things.
Great video, I personally disagree with the Fuel the Rampage spot since it all depends on if you are playing alone. I think it would fit as an honorable mention ( well not honorable but you know what I mean ) since it is very good when you meet the certain condition. Maybe I'm biased since I normally pay by myself but that is just my view.

if you're in uvhm and you have axton's slag turrets ability speccing 1 point into laser sight means you know which enemy your turret is gonna slag next
+Connor Jenkins Na if you build him right. Zero is a beast with the infinity. I use that build once in awhile and wreck with it. Not saying its the best, or top tier. But its still good and fun.
the infinity on Zer0 is such a sucky way to play a sniper based character. It's the opposite of fun. And as already mentioned, an actual sniper Zer0 will outperform an infinity Zer0 easily provided the player has the skill to use him effectively.
My buddies and I had a blast with Fuel the Rampage. Our krieg would run in, then the Acton drops his turret nuke which immediately sends him into range for Release the Beast, and at that point he's unstoppable. Add to it that I was healing everyone pretty much constantly and he didn't need to worry about us hurting him.
Action Lady Fist is a pretty good hyperion weapon that works very well with Axtons Duty Calls skill. Already high fire rate pistol doing 800% extra critical damage with duty calls and a boosting specialist class mod can take down everything very easily if you hit the crit. Especially with the bee sheild. Not triggered lol
I find the inf0rseen skill on the assassin very useful if used correctly by aiming your decoy at an enemy and shooting the enemy at the same time dealing massive damage to a single enemy. It IS only shock damage and only very effective if you max out the skill, so good point Vi
Fuel the Rampage becomes obsolete after lvl 31 because when you are using Release the Beast you don't have any cooldown on Buzz Axe Rampage and you can use it just instantly.
I know I’m late to the party, but my build on Zero revolves around unf0rseen I have a class mod that shoots it to a level 10 and it’s vicinity is huge. In UVHM I slag a huge group of enemies throw the decoy and Kunai, then shoot and kill sometimes 7-8 enemies all at once. Underrated imo
Don't agree with you at all about one two boom. It's been consistently useful for me forever now and I've never had a problem with predictability since he always uses it first thing when summoned. Also you're likely just missing it. It takes one direct hit. Hitbox is smaller than the actual projectile. Superfluous? Yeah probably, but not bad no.
I find with any anarchy, there's no way I'm hitting that silly ball in a million years. If ricocheted bullets homed in like they do for enemies, I'd definitely use it though.
Fuel the rampage is definitely one of the worst, not only does it allow teammates to damage you accidentally or purposefully, but if you are running a proper melee Krieg, you shouldn’t even have any cool down on buzz axe rampage due to the Ultimate Badass Psycho skill.
I can't really agree with your statement in the final section of the video, about melee overrides being relatively useless. Scorn and Execute(especially the latter) are two of the best skills in the game, in my opinion. I'm not super familiar with your content but I do like your style from what I've seen, just a small, respectful disagreement on skill trees. Otherwise, nice video
In the Pre Sequel I play as Jack's doppelganger, and if you time his wrist laser melee override and primary skill just right, you can both use weapons and have insanely powerful wrist lasers, if it hurts your eyes, fast travel, the effect is still there but no beam, amazing for fight for life and raid bosses
@@beaunarum2070 yeah, it is kinda fun. weirdly TPS is actually bad with melee overrides, giving them to characters without melee bonuses, even - worst offender is aurelia. her melee override is essentially a cryo knockback bitchslap. its also the last skill in her skill tree, so it's just utter trash. i like the idea of using cryo with claptrap, with some of his close range explosive stuff, and explosive melee override seem like they'd be awesome.
Another thing about Fuel the Rampage. If you're taking Release the Beast, it's almost pointless given you can constantly refresh Buzz Axe Rampage by dipping low regardless due to the skill coming back instantaneously.

Fuel The Rampage + Maya's skill that when you shoot a teammate you heal them = Destruction. That's what me and a friend ran and we killed UVH Warrior in under a minute.
Fuel the Rampage is also made nearly completely useless by the capstone ability which gives you zero cooldown if you activate your action skill below a certain health
That +25% damage bonus is nothing to sneeze at, though--especially if you use it with a Jakobs sniper rifle, which already has the highest base damage and an absolutely insane 420% damage boost on crits.
Another thing about Fuel the Rampage is Release the Beast instantly resets cooldown, so if you plan on getting that, it's pointless to get Fuel the Rampage.

Ticci Toby If you don't like the skill i think you have missunderstood Krieg. He is a high risk high reward character, and you will often be at the brink of death but it's part of his kit and fits his crazy personality
Meh I was disappointed when I saw the nuke. Gemini, Phalanx, Mag lock, double up and scorched earth is where its at. Nuke is just a "waste points on me when you could literally use a grenade or rocket launcher which gets skill buffs by Axton!" Kind of skill. Plus he shits on the buff to weapons without elements perk. Thing is that there are alot of perks that stack with it and its meant for spin guns or other large magazine weapons. Its just a way to increase the damage of high dps.
Eli Jordan 35% movement speed means he is able to melee things faster, and since Deathtrap is melee focused getting him to his next target faster means more DPS from him

Even in solo, Fuel the Rampage is pretty bad. Once you get Release the Beast, you literally never have to wait for your action skill cooldown so long as you wait until you're low on health to activate it.
Hate to break it to you, but you ignored "Silence The Voices" The boost is insane, sure, but at the same time, you can hit yourself for full melee damage. That skill put me in to fight for your life far too many times.
+revanstar85 In UVHM, the issues is that it stops you from performing actions, which can put you in FFYL. Hitting yourself twice in a row is 1.5% which means that even with careful timing, things can go wrong. +neosuduno The beauty of Silence the Voices is that it buffs the axe throw as well. Generally speaking, a lot of good build goes 11 Silence and Buzz axe Bombadier and just throw axes to negate the drawback.
Prime Sernh Lee Chng if you use a melee build you should never use buzz axe Bombadier because it changes it from melee to explosive which is nowhere near as powerful on Krieg compared to his Bass melee and is not buffed by melee boosting Shields

Yeah, my brother got to the point where he can get cloud kill, and at level 27, he destroyed a lvl 30 Saturn. He just shot it about 5 times, letting each cloud kill end. The DoT part was only about 27 damage, but the cloud did about 2576. (at lvl 50, the cloud DoT that happens after the cloud does 357 damage.)

hyperion slaughterdome is pretty easy on harmony+cataclysm maya, not surprised why they'd force you in
I find Kill Confirmed is best used situationally to take out an enemy at a distance before closing in to deal with his buddies.
After the patch Unf0reseen deals a really good amount of damage. You can even make a build around it and it kills things quite well. Kill C0nfirmed also works quite well with a shotgun build. Laser Sight is pretty underwhelming, but the tracking speed doesn't actually affect the turret negatively unless it's shooting at flying enemies. If you tested it against something that's not a Varkid and runs up to the turret you'd see it gets more accurate. Also Fuel the Rampage is literally useless with RtB.
Edit: Laser Sight never affects the turret negatively period. It just increases accuracy and doesn't touch rotation speed or anything else.

Unforseen is one of my favorite skills, it does a fantastic job of finishing off enemies in my melee build or weakening enemies for easy follow up in my many must fall chains.

...I'm not sure what your issue with Shock damage is. Shock damage is the most consistent and useful Elemental damage type in the game, considering its damage is never reduced except against Shock elemental enemies, which aren't that common. I'm not sure why you think it's not useful. I agree the skill you mentioned is useless, but the damage type it deals is not.
MisterGunpowder shock damage is decent but not amazing. yes it has consistency but you could just use an element that an enemy is weak to (neglecting the shields). Gaige can boost shock damage though, which makes it amazing. overall, shock element isnt that bad.
The issue with that is that, in the games I played with friends, we often found that we often needed consistency more than we needed the boost from an elemental weakness, and in general if it was necessary to get a boost like that we just used slag to boost it. Corrosive damage is great against robots and fire damage is great against flesh, but when those aren't factors (like an enemy has a shield) then we needed to just use our shock weapons anyways. Then again, a big important thing here is that we built our group to fight raid bosses.
Agreed, shock is the most consistent. I'm guessing he has a playstyle of one of each element? That would make a shock only ability less appealing if that's the case. (Eg Fire and corrosive deals 1.7x damage to their respective weakness.)
Well I think we agree that Gaige can maximize the DPS of shock in general thanks to her little big trouble skill tree.
I dont know about this but shock is the most neutral element, sure it works on both flesh and armor but wont excel compared to fire and corrosive, other than shredding an enemies' shield, its more of a "safe" element. But what is more powerful? a regular non elemental damage or a shock damage? weapons coming with an element will have an innate low base damage to compensate with the elemental effect. Will a non elemental ladyfist better than a shock ladyfist?
Since I built up Maya's harmony tree, I've actually gotten a lot of use out of her melee, so I don't find her melee upgrades so useless. When built a certain way, harmony Maya has insane sustain so long as she keeps killing and phaselocking enemies. Once I hit the mid twenties, I swapped from a sniper playstyle to just running in with a shotgun, and it works well. Granted, this is relying on building her in a very specific way.
I hate Kriegs Light The Fuse skill... my guns are way more effective for self reviving.

The Unf0reseen skill is actually one of my favorite Zer0 skills, killed tons of enemies with it while playing melee. I'm not necessarily playing melee all the time, but I like to jump into groups of enemies, activate my action skill and hit the biggest fish to deathmark him while most of the enemies are still close by, that way you deal pretty decent damange 🤷🏻
Also shock damage is probably my favorite elemental damage next to corrosion, I equip shock grande mods pretty much at all times, I feel like the mods that create a "shock damage area" deal most damage to most enemy types.

Unf0rseen is decent if you throw it next to an enemy and blow it up especially at lower levels with buffs from items you can do 6 or 7 thousand damage early in the game when 1000 was a lot of damage
Unforseen is actually one of my favorites, I usually speed run maps and use deception to bypass large mobs and unforseen is amazing at weakening large groups at once and it's great against enemies with annoying shields like ion loaders

eh, there is still the issue of it being a timed melee override, so its not like it'll be superior to other options, as well as there being plenty of other skills that can help with fire DOT stuff.

@@leeman27534 I like halitosis for this exact reason; you can throw out the burn to guarantee setting yourself on fire before going into your main damage output. I really like it in a mid range firehawk build, at least for mobbing through the game. But I can see how people wouldn't have use for it in end tier with farmed weapons.

Thoughtlock should really be somewhere on the list. Not only did they have the gall to make it a capstone skill in Maya’s green tree, all it does is make enemies fight each other for a few seconds when Phaselock is activated, and in UVHM and OP levels it’s utterly useless because the enemies do very little damage to each other and on those difficulties they regenerate their HP anyway.

Hellfire hellitosis i find is really good for melle shotgun krieg builds, especially wheb doing hamerlocks dlc. Most of the savages i seem to face are warriors and mob up on me. I find hellfire hellitosis can melt this mob surrounding me and any that live burn to death. I also find it helpful to use against creatures that attack in large swarms like varkids. Also, i find it can critical enemies a lot easier and multiple times with one mellee
I've actually had a good time with hellfire halitosis.
The thing it's useful for is getting ignitions during rampage.
I've been running a build centered around maximizing damage resistance and melee output, and numbed nerves is one of the important bonuses I use. If you extinguish mid-rampage, the hellfire halitosis is a good way to light back up since you can spray the area. It's awful in gunplay, but it's an extra attack you can take advantage of during the rampage.
Still for me the worst skill is Krieg's light the fuses skill now I'll say I enjoy this skill in NM, TVH,UVH modes but once you go into the OP difficultys in order for this skill to work even a little bit you have to have a class mod adding points to Krieg's explosive damage and even still this won't do enough damage to get back up

Still it takes away your guns, and unless you spec out specifically for ltf (which is silly comparing it to guns you should have). Sure you get to run around but I would have to see video proof of someone killing a badass after level 55, nevermind lvl 72 haha.
i don't about that, Duty calls seems pretty useful to me. Just use that infinity pistol, the slag turret, and just for some extra damage the bee sheild and you got some serious damage potential.
Couldn't disagree more with "Kill confirmed" tbh. It's extremely powerful when you use a sniper rifle with Decepti0n. After placing the decoy, just quickly spam Death Bl0ss0m all over your targets, raise your sniper (hopefully with a full mag for 0ne sh0t 0ne kill), wait until Decepti0n is about to run out - B00m, headshot! First target down, next one also begging for a bullet because of the kunai debuff. The only thing I'd like to see about it being changed is the time it needs for stacking all the way up to 5. That would allow you to mark enemies that force you to look into a different direction, probably wasting a stack or maybe even yuor Decepti0n bonus.
I agree with KC, it goes against better skills like CA and Rising shot, also zer0 needs to be on the move. So while you can get more out of your deception shot that is the shot you don't need more out of. You already have deception and OSOK.

Yes, you can run around and chase an enemy hiding behind cover, or get back to your team and be revived, but once you start getting stronger weapons Light the Fuse becomes really bad. It's great in early game though, if it's your first play through you can try it out and respec skill points if you change your mind

@@jacktryhards431 well now hold on, while it's not very smart to build your krieg entirely around light the fuse, krieg is still very good with explosives. Grenades to be specific. You can do some crazy damage with this certain grenade called the fast ball if you invest enough into the blood lust tree and get the final skill. And with another skill from that tree, you can get grenades back while everything around you just explodes. Pair this with a flesh crunch mod and boom. Explosive build. Though I'm a melee build myself. So if you really want to see a explosive krieg build I highly recommend viewing some builds on youtube.
Unforessen is great if you want to regen your health with the grog nozzle while speedrunning a map
I don't know how much damage Unforeseen does in UVHM but overall for me I like the combo of using it stacked with other melee skills to boost the melee damage so I can one shot someone and summon another clone while the last one explodes drawing attention from things like skags. Works for me especially when I Execute them from behind into the clone.

Yeah, I always preferred ranged attacks with Maya...hardly ever used melee. I mostly played solo, so Maya's "Sweet Release" I found to be one of the most helpful.
Something to note, one point into laser sight is fairly useful to see what your turret is siming at, and can keep you from being brained from behind by psychos

I don't think he realised Krieg was a melee Vaulth Hunter.
Once you get RTB, fuel the rampage becomes literally useless. But it helps with Krieg's leveling experience in normal mode, as it's actually quite a tedious grind. He's just not that great until RTB.
Machi gonna have to disagree fuel the rampage is great if you have friends willing to help you with getting salt the wound stacks then rushing in as krieg you can mop up a mob of enemies with little to no issue at all not to mention combo with bloodsplosion or release the beast and you destroy tons of enemies with no issues.

Ive never really had an issue with unf0rseen. I mostly use it for melee zero builds because if I'm up close and in decepti0n, I takes down sheilds pretty well so if an enemy had a Nova sheild, I wouldn't have to deal with it. I find it useful in that situation, but other than that yeah, it kinda sucks.

Gaige's the Stare - bad skill, changing more useful element to less effective one
Shock Storm - the only thing that are going to be damaged by this skill are mindgets, psychos and maybe spiderants or varkids
and Ranger is worse than Duty calls but com that boosts DC sucks.
Blight Phoenix at least has the chance to stagger an enemy that approaches melee range. That can be handy for fighting off Rabids between Phaselocks. On the flipside though it can set off barrels, just like Gaige's shock reload skill: user beware.

hellfire hellitosis is probably just a joke skill, and I think it's fun to use against low - level enemies. just get to lvl 60, and play through the normal campaign using only the skill. its not a good nor useful one, but it's just to have fun with. Something games are made for.
That's right Borderlands 2 is a really cool game but when you reach the OP levels it become much more technical and less fun

I've been playing krieg for quite a while now, and I always get the fire breathing skill, it's been super useful for me, between over kill damage healing and elemental damage healing breathing fire on a regular enemy will A. catch you on fire which is a good thing B. heal you which is really good and C. kill the enemy which is a bonus

Great video, I personally disagree with the Fuel the Rampage spot since it all depends on if you are playing alone. I think it would fit as an honorable mention ( well not honorable but you know what I mean ) since it is very good when you meet the certain condition. Maybe I'm biased since I normally pay by myself but that is just my view.

the infinity on Zer0 is such a sucky way to play a sniper based character. It's the opposite of fun. And as already mentioned, an actual sniper Zer0 will outperform an infinity Zer0 easily provided the player has the skill to use him effectively.
Diamond Geezer Dont forgot melee zero. He's still very potent, especially in the peak.
My buddies and I had a blast with Fuel the Rampage. Our krieg would run in, then the Acton drops his turret nuke which immediately sends him into range for Release the Beast, and at that point he's unstoppable. Add to it that I was healing everyone pretty much constantly and he didn't need to worry about us hurting him.
Kreig's skill "bloody revival" is used too... you know "REVIVE" you

Action Lady Fist is a pretty good hyperion weapon that works very well with Axtons Duty Calls skill. Already high fire rate pistol doing 800% extra critical damage with duty calls and a boosting specialist class mod can take down everything very easily if you hit the crit. Especially with the bee sheild.

I find the inf0rseen skill on the assassin very useful if used correctly by aiming your decoy at an enemy and shooting the enemy at the same time dealing massive damage to a single enemy. It IS only shock damage and only very effective if you max out the skill, so good point Vi
Fuel the Rampage becomes obsolete after lvl 31 because when you are using Release the Beast you don't have any cooldown on Buzz Axe Rampage and you can use it just instantly.

I know I’m late to the party, but my build on Zero revolves around unf0rseen I have a class mod that shoots it to a level 10 and it’s vicinity is huge. In UVHM I slag a huge group of enemies throw the decoy and Kunai, then shoot and kill sometimes 7-8 enemies all at once. Underrated imo

Don't agree with you at all about one two boom. It's been consistently useful for me forever now and I've never had a problem with predictability since he always uses it first thing when summoned.
Also you're likely just missing it. It takes one direct hit. Hitbox is smaller than the actual projectile.

I find with any anarchy, there's no way I'm hitting that silly ball in a million years. If ricocheted bullets homed in like they do for enemies, I'd definitely use it though.
Fuel the rampage is definitely one of the worst, not only does it allow teammates to damage you accidentally or purposefully, but if you are running a proper melee Krieg, you shouldn’t even have any cool down on buzz axe rampage due to the Ultimate Badass Psycho skill.
I can't really agree with your statement in the final section of the video, about melee overrides being relatively useless. Scorn and Execute(especially the latter) are two of the best skills in the game, in my opinion. I'm not super familiar with your content but I do like your style from what I've seen, just a small, respectful disagreement on skill trees. Otherwise, nice video

In the Pre Sequel I play as Jack's doppelganger, and if you time his wrist laser melee override and primary skill just right, you can both use weapons and have insanely powerful wrist lasers, if it hurts your eyes, fast travel, the effect is still there but no beam, amazing for fight for life and raid bosses

i like the idea of using cryo with claptrap, with some of his close range explosive stuff, and explosive melee override seem like they'd be awesome.
Another thing about Fuel the Rampage. If you're taking Release the Beast, it's almost pointless given you can constantly refresh Buzz Axe Rampage by dipping low regardless due to the skill coming back instantaneously.

I like Maya's slag ball override fir melee, it slags enemies from a distance, damages them, and gives supereor range.
Fuel The Rampage + Maya's skill that when you shoot a teammate you heal them = Destruction. That's what me and a friend ran and we killed UVH Warrior in under a minute.
Fuel the Rampage is also made nearly completely useless by the capstone ability which gives you zero cooldown if you activate your action skill below a certain health

Another thing about Fuel the Rampage is Release the Beast instantly resets cooldown, so if you plan on getting that, it's pointless to get Fuel the Rampage.

Ticci Toby If you don't like the skill i think you have missunderstood Krieg. He is a high risk high reward character, and you will often be at the brink of death but it's part of his kit and fits his crazy personality

Maya's melee override skill is pretty good, I mean throwing out a ball that slags a crap ton of enemies AND destroys all containers is pretty neat

Meh I was disappointed when I saw the nuke. Gemini, Phalanx, Mag lock, double up and scorched earth is where its at.
Nuke is just a "waste points on me when you could literally use a grenade or rocket launcher which gets skill buffs by Axton!" Kind of skill.
Plus he shits on the buff to weapons without elements perk. Thing is that there are alot of perks that stack with it and its meant for spin guns or other large magazine weapons. Its just a way to increase the damage of high dps.

unforseen has given me some decent success recently on a melee zero build it helps lower health for continuous bloodshed

Eli Jordan 35% movement speed means he is able to melee things faster, and since Deathtrap is melee focused getting him to his next target faster means more DPS from him
RoboGameBoy64 yeah... but hes already pretty fast. And he can glitch through walls and ceilings anyway so he doesnt really have problems getting around. I agree its a useless skill

Even in solo, Fuel the Rampage is pretty bad. Once you get Release the Beast, you literally never have to wait for your action skill cooldown so long as you wait until you're low on health to activate it.
Hate to break it to you, but you ignored "Silence The Voices" The boost is insane, sure, but at the same time, you can hit yourself for full melee damage. That skill put me in to fight for your life far too many times.

+revanstar85 In UVHM, the issues is that it stops you from performing actions, which can put you in FFYL. Hitting yourself twice in a row is 1.5% which means that even with careful timing, things can go wrong.
+neosuduno The beauty of Silence the Voices is that it buffs the axe throw as well. Generally speaking, a lot of good build goes 11 Silence and Buzz axe Bombadier and just throw axes to negate the drawback.
Prime Sernh Lee Chng if you use a melee build you should never use buzz axe Bombadier because it changes it from melee to explosive which is nowhere near as powerful on Krieg compared to his Bass melee and is not buffed by melee boosting Shields

Yeah, my brother got to the point where he can get cloud kill, and at level 27, he destroyed a lvl 30 Saturn. He just shot it about 5 times, letting each cloud kill end. The DoT part was only about 27 damage, but the cloud did about 2576. (at lvl 50, the cloud DoT that happens after the cloud does 357 damage.)
