i really appreciate you saying you feel more comfortable crying/ expressing emotions as i assumed in order to be fully healed, one cannot cry about their trauma anymore. thanks for being open about this!
Totally! The more I heal the more I cry. And I genuinely enjoy crying now haha. Completely different experience when we don’t resist the seemingly negative emotions. Thanks for watching and commenting my friend!

It sounds like your abuser is still around in the same community where you grew up, I’m curious do you feel like if you approached him and asked him questions like why me, or did this happen you you? or did you not know you would deeply traumatize me? that he would answer? Do you think he would ever talk to you? Do you even want the answers to those questions if he would give them to you?
