When I was a kid we had freight trains traveling from one end of the Island to the other. They've been decommissioned for a long time now and all of those train tracks have been removed and turned into walking / biking trails called rails to trails!
This video reminds me of that. Great area to disconnect from the world, and take a walk!😊
@@j-man9457 Nice. When the tracks were decomissioned in the Eastern Townships they were sold to the property owners, cutting off bikes or walkers. Le sigh.
@@calbrockocat8728 ahhh really? The provincial gov still owns ours and our taxes pay for the upkeep... In the winter our snowmobile association uses them and it's 275$ for a trail pass and they are policed for the snowmobile season...
