I lived 4 houses down in her neighborhood at that time, we were all terrified after it happened. I'm thrilled her family can have closure. RIP Tara.

Amazing policework. It was just a matter of time. Plus technology is catching up. All these unsolved cases are about to be solved. There’s some people that need to be praying to the Lord right now.
If the murderer would have been caught 23 years ago he might be out by now, especially during the Covid-19 era when they emptied the prisons, no coincidence that crime up and up now days.
