I got the black one, no need to change that bracket on top at all, sounds bitchin' snappier throttle response, bought a new graphit ring from the dealer $14 , easier than messing up the old one trying to get it off.
Shiatsoup I wish Rottweiler Performance had the black one at the time I got mine. I bet it looks sick! I need another ring myself. Thanks for the information 🤙🏼
Do you have the part numbers you received? I noticed a fitment issue with your system and I'm trying to resolve it to see if it is part number related. Specifically the can pushing into the rear turns signal.
@@HDSupermoto I've been doing some searching. I want to leave the baffle in to avoid the PC5 + dyno for the moment- cuz I heard you have to do those if you remove the baffle
I took mine out because it was blowing out my rivers and almost lost my end clap. We put new ones in with a good rivet gun and is tight. Just haven’t put it back on. I just love how it feels on the top end. Just feels like it gets a little more play on the high revs.
Oh my God why are the blinkers so big in the us? I'm from Germany and my blinkers are as big as a fingernail... And because they are LED, they are actually much safer because they are bright as fuck
Oh no dude if your relying on your exhaust note and not specifically your BRAIN to keep you safe when not only splitting lanes but riding in general I'm afraid that your in for a nasty surprise eventually which will not end well. NEVER assume or presume other drivers are going to cooperate, see you, care one iota about you and last but not least keep you safe because that is all about what is and how you use the organ between your ears, hence your BRAIN and if for some asnine reason you think that a louder bike will keep you safe you are making a grand mistake that will with out a doubt cause you much more injury and pain then the driver in the car which you will make contact with. Good luck with that one!.
Not just relying on sounds. I’ve been riding street since 2009 and have learned how to read drivers behaviors. But thanks for assuming I don’t use that organ in between the ears.
The title of this video does not say how to remove the exhaust bathroom. Why don’t you try looking for a video on how to remove the baffle. if you can’t figure it out yourself it’s not rocket science.
So fun to watch you guys get excited over that raw sound!
Who gets excited with how quiet a bike sounds? 🤣 I love electric bikes, but you can never get tired of a nice engine paired with a nice exhaust 😏
@@HDSupermoto yep, I’m with you all the way.
I love how every single youtube on 701/690 exhaust are 100% about the sound, 0% about the performance. Not being sarcastic.
Probably because you need a dyno to find out the performance. So sound and looks is the next most important for people id guess

😂 what do you ride?
B oooooohhhhh, Hardley rider!! I see!!! Now that’s a REAL bike!!

Mine touched the light as well. I ordered smaller turn signals to resolve this issue.
@@HDSupermoto were the pipe and link specific to the 701 or were they for the 690?
Tony DAugusta it was for my bikes year and model. 2017 701 SM at www.rottweilerperformance.com
@@HDSupermoto swapped my shorter rear signals to the front and got some bullet style shorties for the rear, no more cookin' da toin signal!!
Shiatsoup I actually ended up shortening my can. I don’t like how long they make exhausts now.
It it allowed in the US to ride without the db eater
Not really, but people still do it
Is it hitting the blinker?
Almost, I shortened my exhaust after this video
Hello, is the connecting pipe with the catalyst or not?
Sandro Barile I went with out it 🔥🔥
Can you reinstall the baffle after removing it??
Yes, it is held on by a c clip
@@HDSupermoto I just worried it would rattle after breaking the little tack weld
@@yoitstupidTV it does….i need to have mine tacked again
It’s rivets, shouldn’t have a problem
@@HDSupermotohe asked if the c clip rattles after breaking the tack weld…mine does.
Why is the pipe hitting your blinker? It shouldn't be...
No longer the issues. Follow our Instagram @hdsupermoto
Do you know if leaving the baffle in still requires an ecu tune?
If heard that you don’t. I run it without it, but do have the sas removal kit. I read somewhere that it helps richen the bike up.

Where did you get your seat
Ethan Begnoche I got two seats when I bought my bike.
Thank you all for the responses!! Feel free to hit us up on Instagram where we post more stuff before it gets on here. @hdsupermoto
You have the cat?
Nope

you did it wrong
Your parents did it wrong

Part of having a brain includes acknowledging the reality of the safety that comes with a louder bike.
I've been waiting the entire video to see how to remove the baffle... time wasted.

@@HDSupermoto It implies it by saying "buffle on and off", why making such a long wideo and skipping that part, anyway?!?
It’s literally one Allen bolt man. Just unscrew it and take it out.
