- Welcome back friends and thank you for joining me. I was kindly contacted by email and sent out a couple of these camping blankets by a company called HotKoko to try out in exchange for me to make a video about it, to get peoples attention and shed light on who they are and what they create…. that’s how these deals work just so you know. They didn’t tell me what to say and they are not paying me. I got 2 beautiful camping blankets (generous of them) one in my choice of pattern (camouflage) and another beautiful one of their choice that I’m eventually going to give to you in an upcoming free giveaway.
Im glad I took the opportunity to try this camping blanket out because I’m one of those people that loves a multifunctional product and I really tried to use it in every day life and I’ve found even more uses for it that surprised me in it’s effectiveness for what I used it for. Maybe you can come up with even more.

Hey Marlo, Happy Sunday! It's probably happened to you too, but I've been hit by a sizable clump of snow when a tree branch gives and unloads it. It's almost like the tree is waiting for me to get there and then, "Gotcha!" I can almost hear it laughing! 😆I've always enjoyed being out in the snow, and where you were was beautiful! It was cool hearing the snow falling off the trees and hitting the ground. Nothing like the sounds of nature!
We've spoken about it before, but like you I like multi-use equipment. It's handy for even around the house so there isn't so much space taken up. Out in the wilderness it's the only way to go. This blanket is really nice! Being able to use it for more than just a blanket is big plus. Using it as a hammock looks super comfortable, and unlike hammocks the blanket insulates against the cold. It can be staked down to the ground, and it looks like it could be used as a ground pad by doubling folding it over.
You did a great job checking this blanket out! I hadn't heard of this company before and I've never seen a blanket like this one that could be used for other purposes other than, well, a blanket. 😆I not only enjoyed the review, but seeing the snow covered woods. It's beautiful!

Multi use is the way to go for sure. It’s too expensive to buy single use, 1 task items.
Great idea as a sleeping pad in warmer weather, can’t wait to try that this spring.

You're right about there being so many cool and useful products now for the outdoors. The advances in technology and materials makes things much easier than they used to be.

Hi marlo. I mentioned that im not a camping person but I do like this blanket. I like the corner loops for keeping it still on the ground. I think this would make a useful beach blanket and thats what i would use it for or in the home. thank you for showing it. stay safe out there dear.

That's an awesome blanket. It's nice that it has snaps and also that you can stake it down flat on the ground. Great video review as always. You always find the Best items to show!! haha
