Grats on your Phd :) The wait was long, but well worth it. Your storytelling along with your brilliant editing skills are just amazing. Looking forward to any future videos.
Great editing, I liked the little references (especially the AC one). My favourite part of the video, though, has to be the delightful 'dark-timeline' moment where you contemplated a way to get soft tissue : it had setup, it was perfect for pacing of the first quarter, and it had a payoff a bit later on.
The Queen hath returned!! I put hundreds of hours into Valheim and this channel was what helped me fall in love with the game. Beating the mistlands was such a good experience even in its current state.
No word of a lie... started a fresh world yesterday, then thought to myself..."I'm sure I'm subscribed to Embr... I havent seen anything from her in a while"... then the next day... here you are in a triumphant return! Glad to see your content again. Your videos helped me through my early Valheim days. Welcome back 😊
Congrats doc, also if it makes you feel better, the soft tissue isn’t actually dvergr flesh. It’s fossilized Jötunn (giant) brains. Morbid, but at least it’s not as bad 😅
Congratulations on becoming a doctor!!! May you have a magnificent career!!! Oh, one more thing: Don't apologize for YT stuff! Whenever, wherever and whatever you make, we will watch!
Congratulations! I just finished Mistlands yesterday as well. Phew, what a journey it's been. I cannot wait for Ashlands. Thanks for the video. It was enjoyable to watch.
Congrats on completing your PHD 🎓📃 the editing of this video is amazing 😂😂 I'm just about to start adventuring into the mistlands, I'm nervous about fighting Yag 😅
you deserve a lot more views, not only are your videos wonderfully edited, youre funny and your voice is very soothing, this is a great video to have in the background while i do things now after watching it.
Soft tissue is fossilised jotun brain! The dvergr are also mining the giant skulls for it. That's why they drop it when they die. The arbelest pairs well with a magic setup, as it uses barely any stamina. Using the magic staffs to farm a grey dwarf spawner (for wood, stone and eyes) gets your skill up to decent levels pretty quickly. Or you can sit up a nerd pole in the mountains, shooting frost at a stone golem that takes no dmg from it... Gz on the PhD and beating the game so far.
Valheim is very clever with what it wants you to do for each biome and how you tackle them, my biggest tip for the mistlands is to simple scout out the whole mistland island you are at with a boat, i located basically everything i needed in a 15 min boat without stepping a foot in the mist.
Great work as usual. Super editing, super entertaining and interesting. Another amazing video! Worth the wait. Congrats on your PHD! :) Also, you HAVE to try magic weapons!
I don't even want to know how long this took to edit :'D Your production quality keeps surprising me time and time again. All those short few second clips of your character emoting and looking at the camera add up to so much work, it's very inspiring. Can't wait for your next video! No matter how long the wait between uploads is, the editing is so phenomenal that it will be worth the wait. Well done!
getting that cloak is like the culmination of all the work getting to the mistlands lol. you finally get it and feel like you have good enough gear and a viable way to get around and all of a sudden its all gravy
When i started playing val myself, i found your channel. I seriously thought you quit, which saddened me, because this is hands down some of the more refreshing and enjoyable gaming content that I’ve have seen for a couple years. So awesome that you are back! Congrats on your phd!
It was worth waiting for this video. It's amazing! You're one of the coolest and funniest gaming creators I watch. Congrats on you PhD, and see you on next stream or video!
Fantastic video and well worth the wait after being left on such a cliff hanger. Grats on overthrowing the Queen and on finishing your PhD. Looking forward to the next chapter of this Norse Saga.
I love this! The story telling makes it fun while learning tips and tricks. I wish you had one of these for all the biomes for us newbies but will be watching this again once I get to the mistlands for sure. Thanks!
Wow, big congrats on the PhD! This is my first time seeing your channel, and I am so very glad that I stumbled upon you! You have such a lovely voice, calming editing, and just overall very high quality and an entertaining vibe! I really enjoyed my time here, and will have to go back through to watch your previous videos! Definitely earned a new subscriber today. :3 I am only just getting into the Mistlands content for the very first time myself, and I love being able to explore and find new things for the first time since I started playing years ago! So glad I picked the game back up and it was very lovely getting some secondhand exploration in vicariously through you while taking care of "chores" at my base between my own journeys!
Congratulations Dr ember on your phd. So glad that you're back playing valheim once again, I absolutely love your videos I've watched him countless times, I can never get enough of them! I think everyone can agree your storytelling is immaculate and it's just a treat to watch your videos. Bless your return to the 10th world!

This makes me remember starting out in Mistlands and the struggle it was. I'm geared up best as possible now and just holding till Ashlands. Keep it up!
Congratulations on finishing your PhD and finishing the Mistlands! You have been really grinding hard these past years :D This video is so much fun, like all of your videos. I love your storytelling, your editing and just the way you see the game. I rather wait several onths to enjoy another video of you where you can have fun with instead of rushing to post something. Also, your editing is so impressive, it seems like very tedious work, but it also make your videos stand out so much. So please post whenever you wish and don't feel pressured to anything :)
Congratulations on the PhD! That's an Awesome achievment. Glad to see you back with more Valheim videos :) Looking forward to whatever you have planned next!
i dont typically watch long form content; i cant get into movies/tv etc. this is the longest video ive watched on youtube & youve earned a sub. well done

The "Are we the baddies" reference warms my soul
Congratulations Dr Embr!! Also, aside from now always having a Dr's appointment with you, your storytelling is captivating and so much fun to watch :D

As someone who had to put their life on hold to grind through uni stuff... I feel you
I'm pretty sure the soft tissue is giant brain, because you can find it inside the giant skulls that are alying around
WHHHAAAT!
