In general the stick precision will vary 13.5 is good but sometimes they will be better and sometimes worse. For instance I have 2 8bitdo ultimate controllers and one tests .6 accuracy and the other is 14.4 accuracy despite both being lightly used. I know that these aren't the same controller but it goes to tell that it's varies
