even after watching I want to put a 10000 thumbs up. this is so nice and cute and adorable. And even in these little moments you can see how sweet Jun is and how cute of a couple you two are. I am happy you enjoyed the day. have a nice day!
Rachel & Jun not you too Rachel =PHikosaemon has been complaining about the Butter shortage in Japan for month... maybe you should start some kind of activist group together to bring more Butter into the country
Rachel, America has the Cherry Blossom Festival in DC! It was Japan's gift to America and it's a popular past time in the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia area to visit the cherry blossoms when they bloom.
Actually they did this test in the states but the results varied. In some places, people just held on to their trash and took it home...but in other places oh lord. Since there was no trash can, someone would just place their trash in a spot on the ground and others would just place their trash in the same spot, creating a big trash pile.
I noticed that in Tokyo when I visited. Almost no trashcans on the street. Also, very few places to sit and rest as you are walking down the street that aren't part of a café or restaurant. Seems like they want to keep you moving. =P No wonder the Japanese are generally slim.
I really enjoy watching your videos, Rachel and Jun. They are always so nice and relaxing when you show us Japan. And so informative when you explain things to us. Thank you for sharing your lives with us all. You are such a kind, handsome couple.
Hi Rachel & Jun, I'm sorry I was really late....Thanks for letting me know about the fake channel. I just replied the mail through UA-cam in case you wouldn't be able to get it. Anyway you have a great channel and great to see you guys together like this! Very nice! Have fun in Japan and keep up at making UA-cam videos :)
Thank you so much. We have them in Croatia too but they do not look like the ones in Japan. I will work untill I am able to go to Japan for full three months that I can get. And I will aim for this season to.
Thank you Rachel and Jun! Your videos always put a smile on my face, but it really helped me tonight. I was just going through a almost severe anxiety attack and was scared of everything around me.

Rachel, your dress is beautiful. Also, this might be one of the best hanami videos I've seen. So relaxing and pretty. I can't wait to enjoy one someday. For now, I've enjoyed mini-hanamis here in Georgia during this time of year. But Americans don't typically care much for nature (generalizing of course), so I'm usually alone or with a friend, haha.
So wonderful....the beautiful trees and nature, the cute animals, delicious food, the super obvious omg-I'm-so-jealous-you-two-are-just-so-perfect love between Rachel and Jun.... This video was like watching a little bit of paradise. Thanks :)
Beautiful Rachel and Jun !! Just beautiful! 🌸❤️I'm glad you guys had a great and wonderful day! You guys are a lovely couple!! I always love going to the Sakura festival! It's so beautiful and mystical! Especially in Japan! Keep on with the amazing vids inspiring the Japanese community, foreigners, and many others who simply enjoy learning and watching! ^^
Hey! I just wanted to say that I have been watching both of your videos for over a year and I love them soooooo much. One of my greatest wish in my life is to actually manage of speaking japanese and visit japan. I know there is bad things in japan just like everywhere else but there is also so much wonderful things that I highly respect and appreciate. Oh what!! Thank you! We thought they were like baby turtles or something... lol Jun even asked me to try to google and figure out what it meant when baby turtles fluttered their legs like that and I couldn't find anything at all. "IT SAYS THE MOMS LEAVE AFTER LAYING EGGS I DON'T GET WHY THESE BABIES ARE STILL NEAR THEIR MOM"
***** If you have a female turtle, make a tub of soil for her so she can lay her eggs. I'm building one now for the turtle I rescued. If a female turtle doesn't have time in the soil every week for at least an hour or so, it won't be able to lay eggs and it could die. Be careful.

Hi! I stumbled upon your channel through Eat Your Kimchi and I love your videos! You two make me so happy!!! I was wondering if you have ever made a video about your wedding with Jun?
Absolutely beautiful video. I've got to put visiting Japan during Cherry Blossom season on the bucket list. Thank you for sharing such an amazing festival.
I like how you look into a river AND YOU JUST HAVE SOME TURTLES CHILLING WITH THE OTTERS AND THE KOI NO BIG DEAL!!! I have to pay $25 to go to an aquarium to see a turtle like that
Hi Jun and Rachel, I just found your channel yesterday and I've been binge-watching your videos for a while now hahaha you're so cute together! Thanks for sharing a lot about Japan and its culture, I really appreciate your hard work because these videos mean A LOT for people who are totally dying to travel to Japan but can't for various reasons :( I'm looking forward to seeing a lot more of interesting stuff from you guys, and can't wait for the chance to visit Japan someday :) cheers! p.s. It's funny how Jun is referencing the phrase 'hana yori dango' with Rachel here 2:42 hahaha ^^
I hate to nag, but when is the "what Japanese people think of Canada" going to be up? As a Canadian, I'm really looking forward to it! Ps, the sakura trees are beautiful and you two are so cute together!
Ive always loved cherry blossoms, my grandparents used to live on a street lined with them and once they was in bloom and some was falling off it was just stunning
It is so pretty ! Oh my god ! I can't wait to go to Japan and see the sakura ! 🌸😉 And it seems such a good atmosphere with all the people and food ! By the way, i would like to know if you know a good place to see sakura but more in the north of Japan, because I'm coming on the 18th of april and it will be over in Tokyo where I stay ! 😭 please let me know if you know somewhere ! Thank you for the video !
Uhhhh I really don't know!! D:> I've only been to Tokyo a couple times! It sounds like there's gotta be a bunch of "Top 15 places to see the sakura in Tokyo" lists out there on the internet, though!
One day I'll get to go to Japan and see this in person. Also I couldn't help but start giggling when Jun was saying the blossoms were pretty and then panned down to Rachel and she's shoving what I believe looked like dangos into her mouth and he's just like "...nvm *back up to the blossoms we go*"
I once saw a nutria near a river here in Germany and I thought it was a beaver. Once I got really close I saw it didn't have a beaver like tail and I googled and found out it was an f-ing rat xDD nutrias are rats :D
But then your videos popped up on my recommendation tab and I decided to take a look. It was the best thing I could ever need to calm me down. Thank you so much for making my night calm and soothing!
I literally made this public 15 seconds ago. Thank you first viewer who thumbed it up before even watching! haha :D
Rachel & Jun Watching this video made me really happy for some reason. Now I can't stop smiling lol.
Sooo close!!!! I was only 8 minutes behind!!!
***** Joe Ramirez haha thank you guys!!! :D :D :D
even after watching I want to put a 10000 thumbs up.
this is so nice and cute and adorable. And even in these little moments you can see how sweet Jun is and how cute of a couple you two are.
I am happy you enjoyed the day. have a nice day!
So pretty those Cherry Blossoms and also the animals, specially the turtles. Lovely video. ^^
Sakura makes me so happy I can't even ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I wish we had more of them close by!! These were the first ones we've seen this year, and only because we drove out to them! >_
At 3:05 the tree made me think of life. Even though your broken and fallen down your still beautiful and people still love you.
~*cries cause Jun and Rachel are so cute together and here I am talking to my dog in a dark corner watching people who have better lives then me*~
You are not the only one :')
Alice In Wonderland Amen
Alice In Wonderland Me too ;-;
Alice In Wonderland I feel your pain, but i'm talking to a body-pillow Revy from Black Lagoon........ I feel alone. >_
Dawson Rowe at least you have a body pillow.
0:37 Actually it was cherry! 梅ではなく桜でした。花柄が長いものが桜で、枝にくっついているのが梅です。
***** We would love that!! :D :D :D
But we know first hand how much translation and subtitles suck, haha, so don't feel obligated!!
i wish i could go ...only a dream :'(
Just looooove sakura time - my favourite time of the year.
Thumbs up guys! ^_-
a great video, I show love to your videos on. =)

花より 団子 だね。!
Also that was like the first time I've had butter since America, and now I can't stop craving it.
I NEED MORE BUTTER, MOOOOOAAAAARRR ٩(╬ʘ益ʘ╬)۶
Rachel & Jun not you too Rachel =PHikosaemon has been complaining about the Butter shortage in Japan for month... maybe you should start some kind of activist group together to bring more Butter into the country
if you can get raw milk or cream you could make butter yourself :D ...but i think these things would also be hard to get in japan? O.o
Your hair looks so pretty, more natural and carefree! Cute!
It's very easy to make. As good a cook as Jun is he could make you some.
Yes I know that
"It fell down, but it's still blossoming"
How symbolic.
If they ever make a Rachel & Jun anime, I'll definitely be onboard.
Wes Howard they should they are like an anime in real life.
"The cherry blossom are pretty."
zooms in on Rachel devouring food.
"Nevermind."
I fell down laughing.
High five bruh. xD
Rachel literary going '花より団子' (Hana yori dango = dumplings over flowers) XD
The best part was all the animals in the river.
Yeah that was my favorite part, too. :D
Literally almost freaked out when I saw how many turtles there were.
***** I thought it was a otter but I find rats cute so it doesn't matter.
Tegan potato You can tell if it's nutria by its large yellow teeth. Honestly, I find sea otters much cuter.
KeyJKandy I didn't even know they existed.
They're in the area i live in, so I know about them! They I'm not sure where you live, but they tend to be in wetland areas!
I love how japanese appreciate nature so much ❤️
This video was just beautiful in every way. The sakura festival, you two, Japan, the animals, the castle. Just perfect.
I"m such a dork; I think Jun buying a corn dog for Rachel is so genuinly lovely.
well because she is american and it's an american food, that is considerate.
The trees were so beautiful. It looked like a perfect spring day!
ありがとうございまあす!
🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
That was magical .
Now that i think about it , rachel is the perfect fantasy girl in manga's , the foreign red haired beauty , lucky jun ^-^
I don't know why but I love your username!
What does your username mean?
Joshua Nitin This is this, That is that. In other words, This is one thing and that is another.
But Jun is the handsome tall, quiet, polite guy that is really good at making food and loves cats, they're both equally lucky,
chibichocofairy ikr xD straight from a manga story. These two should really be adopted into characters in a manga...
Someone needs to make a Manga of your life, for real.
D'awwww. You two are just too cute :D
I love how Jun laughed when Rachel was amazed at how big the Koi were!
The picture of you two taken with the fallen cherry tree in the back is so adorable!
These cherry blossom festivals really should be everywhere. One day, I want to go to Japan and visit one of them with my friends.
Thank you Rachel and Jun for sharing your wonderful day with me.
Dale
昼は桜、夜は梅の出番!
しかし川の生態系がカオス
Rachel, America has the Cherry Blossom Festival in DC! It was Japan's gift to America and it's a popular past time in the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia area to visit the cherry blossoms when they bloom.
That sounds amazing!
Rachel & Jun It's a great time to visit DC. It's always nice to see cherry blossoms surrounding the White House!
Love this video. The children laughing..so, so sweet.
If Americans were told to take their trash back, our parks would be so littered. Heck, even when there are trash cans people still litter a lot.
THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD JUN!!! hahahaha
Literally, in the same order.
Rachel & Jun Crazy! I think that speaks even worse for America. We need to work on our laziness. lol
There are parks in the US that have carry out your trash policies and they do work.
Actually they did this test in the states but the results varied. In some places, people just held on to their trash and took it home...but in other places oh lord. Since there was no trash can, someone would just place their trash in a spot on the ground and others would just place their trash in the same spot, creating a big trash pile.

Rachel, your dress was adorable!! And I can't believe how gorgeous the cherry blossoms are. Cherry blossom festivals seem like a ton of fun!
Jun has a super sexy voice. Should be a voice actor or something.
Junさんええ声やなぁ~
I love the nutria & the turtles. The way people take their rubbish home is amazing. I like how they don't expect anyone to clean up after them.
花より団子、ですね、、、w
川辺に咲く桜をスケッチしにいった学生時代が懐かしい季節、、、
川沿いの桜は切られてしまって俺が子供の頃のような桜のトンネルはもう見られません!悲しいですね

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful day with us.
Thanks to Japan, we do have a cherry blossom festival every year in DC. I'll be going next weekend!
So cute when Rachel gets all excited over how big the Koi fish are! 1:10
Thank you for showing us the cherry blossoms they are so pretty.
Thank you so much. We have them in Croatia too but they do not look like the ones in Japan. I will work untill I am able to go to Japan for full three months that I can get. And I will aim for this season to.
We have them in Serbia too :)
Thank you Rachel and Jun! Your videos always put a smile on my face, but it really helped me tonight. I was just going through a almost severe anxiety attack and was scared of everything around me.
Rachel, make a video about bonsai gardening. I also suggest you take a cutting of the cherry blossom so you can have your own tree one day
Jun will! :D
bruh where is the video
rachelle's eyes are almost red when sunlight hits it ...stunning
I never knew I could be so inspired by a tree. If I fall down- I can still bloom! haha C:

What a lively river, never seen so many animals at the same time before, at least not in the wild. Such a beautiful place and awesome video!
So pretty 🌸❤️❤️❤️
Awww thank you Shane! :D

Thank you both for sharing your videos of Japan. They are always so interesting and beautiful.
Also the fact that we can have both a foreigner and a native japanese opinion is priceless, so thank so much for sharing your knowledge and experiences.
Awwww thank you so much for writing us such a nice comment!!! ;A;
How are you going about learning? Using books can be kind of tough, but Memrise works pretty well. You can download it onto your phone or just use it online, completely free.
CheffBryan is spot on. I love using Memrise for Japanese and it's free! I've used to effortlessly learn something like 85 kanji each week.
Wow :o I would never expect anyone to come up to me and help me but you guys did! Thank you sooo much! I'm looking forward to use Memrise and I can't believe such awesome and helpful persons are around! So thank you again, I really appreciate it ^.^ c:
I'm from Canada and we have the Tulip Festival in Ottawa during the month of May. But, nothing compares to seeing the Cherry Blossoms. I would love to visit Japan one day, it would be an awesome experience.

いいね!私の日本の旅行に桜があまりありませんでした。本当にざんねんです。東京は京都より少しあたたかいですから、東京の公園に桜を見ました。でも、うめがもうありました。
今年の桜は、いつもよりきれいに咲いてるように思います。
