I was in Turkey in July this year. First time there. Loved the food. It is so good. Fresh produce and fresh fruit off the trees there. My body loved the food there. I could actually quite happily live in the turkish diet. My immune system seem to love it and we had beef donnor on a plate and oh my this old man cooked the beef so brilliantly it was mouth watering. My finger nails actually grew in Turkey. Strange I know but I don't know why they did. At home they never grow. Always break and not good. They still long now. And it strange for me. I need to go back to turkey. I really miss it and the people and the great good tasting food

Would like a few months there but then if I did that I wouldn't want to go home. Where did u go in Turkey. And where did u visit.

In Turkey, when we have stomach problems, we eat soup made from the stomach of farm animals, and for joint problems, we eat soup made from sheep or cow feet. In fact, most diseases occur because we do not eat certain foods or because we consume too much of a food. When I have a cold in the winter and I don't feel well, I eat chicken soup with lots of garlic and I get better instantly. When you eat or do not eat the necessary food, you will get rid of that problem, but modern medicine does not deal with these.

Wow what an incredible vegan dish. Loving the eggplant here, the chilies add some awesome heat for sure. I love the tomato sauce too, and this would be great with bread! Yum!
Oh my goodness, this looks so amazing. While watching you prepare this dish my mouth was just watering so bad. I can't wait to make this. Thank you and God Bless you. My friends daughter is Vegan now and I want to share this recipe with her...
The first time I tried shaksuka was in Kas and it was so delicious that it won’t leave my taste buds. I’m going to make this for my family one day. Thank you for your hard work. Nice video. Keep up the good work. 🥰
Simply delectable.. I am planning to make it this weekend.. In India we get a variety of egg-plants, purple, mauve, green, long, round, baby, prickly stem.. So we make many egg-plants dishes..
Man, these eggplant dishes always look so, so good but my wife just isn't a fan.... Hmmm, maybe if I made them like this, she'd change her mind? Such a delicious looking bowl! Cheers!
🥳👍👏👏👏Great video. Professional, shows each step with a kind regard for our time. Great music, great photography and looks like a great recipe. I will be trying it. 😰 oh for the day when you could go to a rustic restaurant selling truly delicious home made embed with love food .

More delicious than meat and healthy yum yum certainly I’m going to make it my favourite dish eggplant and hot chilli 🌶 But more dish washing 😂😂😇 it’s worth it
Very similar to an Egyptian dish which is one of my favorite breakfast foods in a pita. Thank you so much for the clear instructions. Anyone ever try roasting the eggplant and chiles instead of frying?
This looks great! What kind of chili peppers are you using? There are so many varieties with a huge variation in Scoville heat units. Do you know what the Scoville units are for the chili pepper variety you are using? Thanks!
It's a mild Turkish variety very similar to padron peppers. The scoville rating should be 500 - 2500. If you want a little bit heat, you can also use jalapeno peppers.

Shakshuka it's Moroccan and it's made with paprika instead of aubergine. With Aubergine the name is Zalouka and the ingredients are roasted not fried. But maybe there is a Turkish version with the Moroccan name🤷♀️😁
I made this today as a main course. The family polished it off. Thank you, Firat!
Glad you enjoyed it🙏
A healthier options is to roast/grill the veg. Xx
It’s not going to be same taste
