Whitebeard, Kaido and Big Mom had their clashes with the Roger pirates under Rocks leading and later too when they had their own crews. Shanks&Buggy served as cabin boys in Rogers crew. Blackbeard slowly gaiined more and more power yet he is unsure if he is already strong enough for the pirate kings right hand. On the other side, it wasn't jjsut Rayleigh, there was still Boa who a fast enough Rayleigh could have freed, the Kua pirates and the Seraphim. Plus, he ahd his crew stoned, the risks were just to high for low rewards if he would have fought.

I have a theory of Luffy's dream. Something that's seems impossible Something sounds childish Something like only on imagination. Like.... If their world separate by 2 strip-like continents, Greenline and Redline, into 4 part's call north south east and west blue. (+ fact in mermaid vision, Luffy will destroy Ryugu kingdom, which is under redline). What if Luffy's true dream are uniting all 4th blue, by demolish both green and red line, so what if one piece is an "artifact that's grant it's user authority for *deforming world* ", no wonder why all 20s county forming an alliance to take down the Ancient kingdom.

Luffy's true dream was hinted at during the Post-war arc in ep 496 and what ever it is, Roger said the same thing during the Oden flashback in ep 966. There are 14 characters who know about Luffy's dream. - the rest of the Straw Hat Crew -> 9 people - Shanks - Ace - Sabo - Rayleigh. Shanks told him about a boy from East Blue who said the exact same words as Roger. This was a little Flashback from the Sabaody Arc ep 400 - Yamato. Ace told her about Luffy's dream shown in ep 1015 (the red roc episode)
I've been saying this for awhile now, but i think this episode gives "We Are" a whole new meaning, I think the song is telling us luffy's dream, to gather up his friends and families dreams and make them come true by obtaining the One Piece

I still think that Luffy's dream is what Gaimon said all the way back in the day. Luffy is gonna become pirate king just to buy the world, making everything free for everyone he's friends with. Making everyone get along. Only the Pirate King would actually have the status and influence (and money from the One Piece) to do it and it makes sense for Roger to want that too, Being a treasure loving pirate. And it sounds funny, having a kid Luffy say "I'll buy the world one day!!" without the kid knowing how much money's worth and how much that'd actually cost. So that's why some people laugh. (Nami was shocked at the thought of spending so much money. lol) It also lines up with most/all reactions of other Straw Hats, I believe.
It has to be something feasible, making everything free would be an economic disaster and Luffy doesn't care about material things, "buying the world" doesn't seem like something Luffy would be interested in if it was pitched to him, we know it's a childish dream but it has to be narratively plausible, making everyone get along is not plausible at all.

She's far stronger than everyone else on the island, has a close bond with both of them, and they came to the rescue immediately once the Warlord Status was revoked. Plus, the Kuja is known to head out to sea and then come back to the Island and give birth. She could have been raised on the Island. Even if it's not a Blood relation, they are definitely Parent figures to her.

Ace is dead. The reason why Zoro said to do the same thing is that they need to trust Boa, if things went south, they can fight anyone since they are strong now, unlike 2.5 years ago.

That theory was most popular before we learned that being pirate king played a part in his dream, now it makes no sense, Roger had the same dream and became pirate king, why didn't he throw a feast if that was the dream? The purpose of playing "we are" here is to imply that the lyrics here are Luffy's final dream.
My interpretation is that Luffy believes that finding the Onepiece can realize all the dreams in the world.
Maybe at some point something happened that caused the people all over the world to have a common dream to overthrow the rule of the world government. This is my guess for the subsequent plot.
