Jesse , I still have a piece of a power wire brush in my eye from 56 years ago. When I got an eye exam a few years ago the Doctor said I was really lucky. Safety glasses or grinding shield are suggested
I'd never pick up a drill or grinder without glasses...when there doing tires to..bet they could all tell you close call stories
2 years ago I got a piece of aluminum in my eye. Using a wire wheel on an old car about lost my eyesight. Cant agree more

So fitting, right after the snip of the cardboard sign. Derek Bieri (Vice Grip Garage) is legally blind in his left eye due to not using safety glasses.
Mate that bit of metal would have oxidised and rusted away 56 years later but nice way of telling Jesse to put glasses on 👍🏁

Definitely interested to see how those panels hold up. We just put the Stakt composite panels our car.
Don't forget to install extended dowel pins in the blocks when you get them new bell housings. That may be contributing to your starter failures
Is there a weight difference in weight compared tje the metal.
@@1962markstubson The extended dowel pins go through the mid-plate and through the bell housing aligning them all properly. The standard dowels don't align the bell housing as well as they should.
You guys are going to need a spare 602 for when you win the big money races and get torn down😎
Can't wait to see the racing start..... being from Cincinnati it's nice to see people finally showing us a little respect in football..... I think it's going to be a Cincinnati vs Eagles super bowl as long as we get passed Kansas City again... I don't think 49ers get passed the eagles offense even though it would be cool to see a Bengals 9ers super bowl again and we beat them to break that Cincinnati curse

Make sure you wipe that plastic with isopropyl alcohol before you wrap it, or it won’t stick well and peel off

We ran plastic bodies in go carts. The only issues we had especially with the sharp metal objects as you will find the plastic, tears easily and pokes holes in it. Also, some of the plastics do not like to keep the wrap stuck on. Make sure you clean it good with some soap and water Before applying the wrap.
Are the 602/604 headers different? How bout them cowboys😂😂

What is involved with refreshing a 602 or 604 crate late model my understanding is they are a sealed GM or Ford factory engine to create a racing class with an equal motor playing field to try to minimize motor costs… are certain engine builders allowed to break the seals and reseal them?
Any body can break the seals only certain builders can work on the motors and reseal them. It's about $1500 to freshen one.

Give you guys a tip on something I did on putting my headers on as many as yall take off and put on get a battery powered angle grinder with a brush on it instead of the drill it's a whole lot faster and safer also get a good caulking gun and buy it by the tube to put the gaskets around the pipes

Hey guys if you get a couple pieces of aluminum lay it on your deck to make a template to drill the holes in the plastic 1/4s & doors off of the cars
Is there a big weight difference from aluminum and plastic on the car. PS why is Jesse always eating
The plastic door weighs the exact same as an aluminum door. The plastic quarter is a tad lighter than the aluminum quarters
