Sherm's First Bikepacking Trip: An Overnighter to Peaks of Otter

- This is a test run. We snagged this child trailer off of a friend of ours and I got it hooked up to my B.O.B. trailer thru axel adapter. At first we were just taking sherm on the bike path and around town to dog parks. However, ultimately we want to take him bikepacking, specifically on a Skyline Drive trip. Emily and I completed the park way about 4 years back but we never touched Skyline. So consider this the first video in a series of videos where Sherman is living his best life and bikepacking with us!

My dogs name is Sherman. I also call him Shermy. He's a terrier and he also sniffs everything and loves trailing squirrels

We have had fun touring with our dog in the child chariot. We found it much safer to do so with the cover down as you did on the way back. How did it work with some gear being under the dog bed?
It worked well. Made it heavy but filled the holes where kids feet usually go. So it made it more level.

You can either get the bob traileer adapter and modify it with washers or get the straight up trailer hitch adapter, which would be easier.

Haha good question. Mostly just her clothes and snacks. She always seems to luck out in those scenarios.
