It's easy this probleme is causef by the windows firewall or any other antivirus programs , all you have to do is add the game folder in the exclusions of firewall or antivirus (firewall or antivirus won't scan the game folder) 🙏🏼
i am kinda late but you need to run command promt as an administrator to do that right click on command promt and click run as an administrator if this helps give me a like mann
