There is nothing called a practical scholar. Islam is already practical and logical and easy for those who are willing to submit to Allah's will. This person is not a scholar.
Then what about the Ahadith mentioned in Sahih Bukhari 1086-1088. Sahih Bukhari 1086 says "Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman should not travel for more than three days except with a Dhi-Mahram (i.e. a male with whom she cannot marry at all, e.g. her brother, father, grandfather, etc.) or her own husband.)"
As long as your kids irrespective of gender, are capable to go out for jobs, for education,on vacations then that shouldn’t be a problem. This world itself is not, sometimes not even home, that doesn’t mean we don’t let our daughters go out 🙃
In this video it doesn't say that women should not work or educate themselves and go out it is about safety..... And I know even in home but the chances of harassment is increased in our side especially in long journey... But not in short .... It is about safety not boundaries it there is nothing like harassment or assault then what would be the problem.... And in this video he didn't say that should not go ....

Not in any case or scenario nobody can take the right to educate or work because it is halal and yah what work should to it may haram or halal it is a different thing...... Any women can go anywhere even in night there is nothing to with it ... The hadith says about their safety concern it doesn't forbid to be educated and be a working independent women even in the time of 7th century women were working and giving zakat it is liable to every muslim..... So it was because of safety concern not about haram or halal and even in this video Nauman himself said that u can watch it sis .....

Let’s suppose A girl whose parents doesn’t want her to go a particular place even for a job, let’s say DELHI, but still the daughter wishes to go. She’s not able to negotiate with parents, cuz her parents think it’s not safe for her to stay there but she feels going on some logical reasons and the family has a clash,then what? What is daughter wants to go goa for adventure and parents who have never seen goes and stop their daughter to go then what? Safety depends on many factors as to how well you can take of yourself even in an unpleasant environment, how cautious you are! Parents will say many things but doesn’t mean we do everything 🙂

More than 3 days she cannot be without a male if she’s out somewhere. At job, if a male (companion whose known to her) is not able to accompany her then she can choose to have a female by her side as her companion but she cannot be with a man alone. A doctor whose doing surgery for example is surrounded by all males is haram ? A lady advocate in between 10 male advocate is haram. I mean what is this ?

You can look it up, but if my memory serves, in pairs means Allah made the male species and the female species, just like the day and the night etc. It does not necessarily mean that every single female human has a soulmate. What Allah and the Prophet saw has commanded is final and is for up to the end of times. Secondly, this person is not a scholar and ia hugely influenced by western ideas unfortunately. May Allah guide us all. We should beware of whom we take our knowledge and fatwas from. Thirdly, the reasons and wisdom behind every command is numerous. Some of which are mentioned and many we may never know. Only Allah in His infinite Wisdom knows. Just because someone thinks it is okay to allow their children to free mix with their cousins citing the reason that all are pious children, that doesn't make free mixing okay in that particular situation. Who cares what that particular situation is, what a particular so called sheikh does with his family. We want to know what Allah and His Messenger saw has commanded. We hear and we obey. Simple.

Here NAK is saying the ruling is only about the safety of women not haram or halal.Conversation about halal or haram on this topic is off topic.If the place is safe they can go anywhere alone.This is clearly belittling an obligatory act of Islam which can take you out of the fold of Islam. Secondly he said marriage is not necessary.But fact is our Prophet (SA) ordered Muslims to get married if they are capable of.He also said marriage is his sunnah.Whoever stay away from his sunnah isn’t a part of his ummah.
