Andrew Huberman has become a leading science communicator. On the one hand, he is an accomplished academic, a Stanford professor, and one of the most popular podcasters. Check out Dr Suneel Dhand. He is also desirous of change in the medical community. He agrees completely with the serious issue of compromise due to $$$ from outside interests.
