2 questions) I have 2 machines, 1 snack (AP Snackshop 112) and 1 soda (Dixie Narco 276e) . They both don't have keys and are locked shut. 1) If I have a locksmith open up the machines, will I be able to change the locks without the key by pressing on the small lock release? 2) Does drilling the lock out mess up the T-handle and cause a need to replace it?
If you have good bits and are careful, you can drill out the lock without messing up the T handle. And yes, once it's open you can remove the lock without the key.
Had a question. Besides the great video on how to change the lock. What about the turning mechanism? My machines turning mechanism is worn out and can't find replacement?
Im buying a dixie narco 440, everything seems to work fine, my question or questions are, if its just one prize acceptor and i change the one on the coin mechanism it will change the bill acceptor as well? Also when i went to see the machine, it didnt have any sodas, and when we put coins on it to make a selection it went straight to the change return. That supposed to happened? Also do you know if its a good machine? It seems gas a tag for outdoor use as well
@@JC-rs9ln I don't have a 440, so I can't speak with experience, but if it has no sodas, it may be normal for it to not accept coins. Tape down one of the sold out paddles and then try putting in money. If you want more specific advice about this machine, post your question in the vendiscuss.com forum...there are plenty of vendors there that have first-hand experience with these dixies. Good luck!
I have the same coke machine the door is open but I don't have the key to unlock the lock to change the barrel lock whats best way of goi f about replacing the t lock
@@HappyVending unfortunately its pressed in but the door is open I can access the back of it is it possible to use a.flat head to push barrel threw or do I need to pick the lock as they have lost both keys

Two years ago we had something called the Covid-19 Pandemic. When we finally returned to in-person instruction, the school district where this machine is located required all employees and students to wear masks. Since I follow rules, I chose to wear the mask.

Thanks for your comments Robert. I use a Canon XA25 camera...a Sony UTX wireless mic and Adobe Premiere to edit.

If the T-Handel is not pressed in, you should be able to push in the lock latch and push out the lock with an ice pick or small screw driver.

I follow all regulations of the businesses and buildings that I enter. When this was shot a year ago, I was required to wear a mask.
