I just wrote this in my (brain dump style) journal: spending money on something can be a form of therapy. When that thing is no longer useful, recognize it as *a form of therapy* RATHER than a *thing*, know that its job is done, and it can move on to its next home.
A great way to process your spending! By allocating an item (items) as a form of therapy, rather than the actual thing, you can let it go more easily. Or you can recognise that you still need it . . . either is fine!
I had a problem with always trying to get some of the money back and every year I had a garage sale. That was my downfall. But maybe I also helped someone else by selling things cheaply.
Erica, I have a suggestion for you and everyone. I used to keep spiral notebooks to write everything down: where to go, what to buy, what to do, who to call, steps for projects, meal plans, etc. Having everything together actually made things worse because invariably I kept them all because important information was in them. Then when I needed info, I had to look through them, seeing all that stuff really slowed me down. No more of that. Now I keep sticky notes for project planning (when done it goes in shred.) I keep separate shopping lists (when purchased, it goes in the shred.) I have a planner for appointments and planning my daily activities. When the year is done, transfer needed info (birthdays, special occasions, etc) into new planner and toss the old one. My system used to get bogged down because I didn't want to potentially forget anything. I now record what I need to remember for now, then let it go when no longer needed. Much less to deal with! Let the past go. Focus on today and make your system efficient for you so it doesn't bog you down. Best wishes!
This was so good for me today. I was having trouble realizing why I had so many notebooks, calendars, office supplies and pens. It is because when life feels out of control I try to fix it with organizational tools rather then dealing with my emotions/ feelings. Whew! I need some coffee to process this.
“Clutter is magnetic for me.” Ouch, that hit home. I so enjoy hearing you speak your thoughts out loud. It is so much like my own conversations with myself. 🤗
I am so proud of you. I have watched all of your videos and I remember your past videos about your journaling. Lately, it did not seem that it was your focus anymore and I am so happy to see you acknowledge that and move forward. This is the inspiration I need to let go of some of those “fantasy self” hobbies. I use to crochet as a way to relax and prove to myself that I was a good mom because I could make things for my kids. Haven’t done it in almost two years…time to empty the closet full of yard and crochet hooks and move on. Thank you for the inspiration!❤️
I love what you said about buying journals in times where your life felt out of control and you felt the journals could get you back on track. I relate so much. I have learned for myself that no matter how much my fantasy-self wants to be the type to use fancy, beautiful journals, my real-life self needs notebooks where i can tear out the pages, and where the notebook binding lays entirely flat on a table, otherwise i won't use them. I switched to using a disc-bound notebook system where i can refill the pages, pull them out, put them back in, or use a disc-bound hole punch to make my own page inserts, and I don't think i've bought another notebook/journal ever since.
I have very strict rules for when I am ”allowed” to buy writing material and candles. ONLY when I’ve finished the previous one am I allowed to buy 1 new. With that said it’s still a struggle to manage my own rules sometimes, I love a pretty notebook 📒
@@CULady books are a totally different thing though 😆 I love books but I try to only own the ones I intend to re-read. And I have a lot of kids books, I have everything from my childhood and I’m saving them for my siblings future kids… or my future grandkids it I’m that lucky.
I'm going to start doing that too. I got 2 more journals left after I'm using the one right now and once I'm on my last one with like 2 or 3 more pages left then that's when I will start buying only 1 journal at a time
I didn’t want my kids to find my journals when I’m gone and read all my fears , tears, and struggles. So I got rid and seemed to get rid of those feelings written in ink. Just an idea Erica it helped me. 🤓🇬🇧
We are also homeschoolers and part of a co-op. On our co-op days we have a small table, blessings/free table, if people want to bring something in that they’re not using anymore and just bless another family with it.
It’s interesting the timing of this video. In our BSF group yesterday, we were discussing (Matthew 1-3) how difficult it is to let go and let GOD have control. We are much older than you but still struggle with this concept from time to time. Ultimately, GOD is in control so when we turn it over to Him we find that a dollar store paper back journal in more than enough. 💝
Yes, let go of that financial guilt and go for financial freedom! Thanks for sharing all the emotions, Erica - it really helps me not feel so alone in this. ❤️🩹
Thank you for this. I finally went through my planner supplies and have offered most of them up on Facebook for free. It’s some old version of me who is still a scrapbooker that thought I would use the planner supplies. Never stuck with it and always felt guilty. Finally I’m letting it go because of this video!! I keep a regular old desk calendar and that works.
I would cut out all the blank pages from the journals you’re throwing away, and keep them for notepaper and shopping lists. I reuse the backs of envelopes, and printer paper that is still blank on one side. I cut them into smaller pages and use for notes and lists. At least that way I get some use out of them.
Yes! I do this, too. I'm so relieved that, at least, Erica realized she could recycle the paper. But reusing it as scrap paper for lists, etc. before recycling is even better! It is always useful to have scrap paper around. It just needs to be kept contained in one place. :D
Yes, I do that too. Learned it from my grandmother, who ran my grandpa’s construction business from a big desk in the dining room, after the war. Every envelope and every scrap of paper that arrived went into a holder next to the phone, for reuse. She even cut the newspaper into squares, to be used as toilet paper.....made for interesting bathroom reading, but that’s one habit I did not adopt 🤣🤣🤣
@@jemma50 I still have the bag of “trash” and I’m going to repurpose. I was afraid that it was keeping clutter but I have some good ideas from these comments.
In my home we do exactly the same! Even my extremely old university notebooks had some blank pages which where ripped out and cut into small 'shopping lists' and used pages where shredded or sometimes used for stuffing winter shoes or bags for them to keep the shape when not used 😂 nothing goes to waste
I love the way you talk to yourself and deal with the anxiety of decluttering. I still have a bin of school notebooks but I dont really need that many. Maybe I can make kits with notebooks and school supplies to donate to my church
Funny how we get back to basics eventually. First, a list on a pad of paper or a small date book. Then we got to binders with pages and pages of stickers and washi tape. I’m finally back to my small date book with an area on each page for lists to cross off. So much better!
I love how you research what can be recycled in your specific area!! Such an important and often overlooked step. Congratulations on dealing with such an emotionally heavy category! You're doing an amazing job!
I have a bit of a journal problem as well. Curiously, thinking back to one particular year that I remember being uber productive was when I kept a journal that really, really was involved - stickers - lists - motivations - and it really kept me so organized. However, I have recognized I just don't have the time (and some patience) to do that type of thing anymore. So this past year, as I have decluttered (in part because of your videos!! - you have been so helpful), I have made a very small (I hate limitations) list of things I just will not buy any longer. My list is - pillows, candles, journals and some others. But I have this list (ironically listed in my current journal) so when I walk by an attractive pillow or heavenly smelling candle - I say to myself (sometimes out load) - I do not need this item. And I move on. It's tough, but doable.
The notebook that you have only a few pages written in could be perfect to give to a student that you know! I know I’m always needing new papers and notebooks as a grad student and I’m sure that they would be a blessing in that persons life! No matter what you decide to do with them, it’s always inspiring to see a good Decluttering video!! 🤗
I buy the $1 store calendar for the year, it is the same type as the journal you buy from the $1 store. I am not one who keeps a calendar on my phone or iPad, I like a physical calendar to put all my appointments on. I just bought 2022 yesterday. I love how slim it is and the size. I never journaled, but I know it’s a big thing and lots of woman enjoy and depend on their journal, if it uncomplicated your life It’s a great tool to use. Ever since I became a mindful minimalist, I always think of the landfill now, it’s so hard to throw something away, but some things you can’t donate, but it stings when I throw items in the trash, it only makes me more aware of my purchases…
You never cease to amaze me! I have my yearly calendar books, I have over 30 years worth. I don’t look at them, don’t need them. Thank you for permission to throw them OUT.
Love that the solution to feeling wasteful is fully acknowledging that and consciously choosing to avoid the action that caused it in the beginning. Journals are hard for me too!
I LOVE the way you talk through your feelings. Help me with my Trixie Belden (think Nancy Drew). Happy memories, collected them at least 15 years ago. Not like I reread thrm......why can't I let them go.
I’m so glad you asked the questions we all struggled with. Ultimately underneath we know what we need to do, but it’s so much easier to procrastinate. That’s why watching decluttering videos really help. My best tip is don’t let stuffs you feel guilty purchasing before stick around, it served no purpose other than to stimulate negative emotions in you. Get rid and move on. Congratulations…. With remorse I’m gonna trash it… I hear ya Sister! 🙏👏👏👏👏
Good to see you this morning, Erica! I needed this "visit." The emotions are real, and surprise us sometimes when they crop up. I love your process. Asking why is a great start. The onion metaphor makes so much sense. Thank you for sharing!
It is so helpful watching you talk through why it is hard to get rid of something and then reasoning the decision through to conclusion. Very honest and we don’t always get to see those little thoughts. Thank you!
I love to journal, mainly as a way to process events or thoughts, experiences, but found I never returned to reread these 20 years worth of literary masterpieces! I burnt them (steno notebooks), then had great remorse …until someone said their purpose was in the process. How true! It was in the writing that I reasoned, learned, internalized truths. It’s ok to let go of them now. Also, I face a dilemma with scrapbooking supplies, comparable to your journaling supplies. I had a thought. In our community, fundraisers often have raffle baskets, where people assemble good stuff and arrange it all attractively and people take chances on the baskets. I’m thinking of doing a few of these baskets with assortments of supplies. I’ll feel better knowing the proceeds will help someone in need.
Erica, I too buy the Dollar Store note books to use for everyday with what I have to do, what I need to do, appointments etc. I never did the fancy ones (although I think they are beautiful) but I too don't like to part with them because I write in them recipes, names of places with addresses I may need later. They don't take up a lot of room and I keep them neatly piled on a shelf. I will sometimes get rid of an old one, but I do go through it and re-copy or tape a note into the current notebook because I do use some of the information. What I won't need, can get thrown away. I do enjoy writing down what I need to do each day because if I don't finish a project, I will transfer it to the next day etc. until it gets done. Maybe take out pages in your semi-used journals for papers for the kids to color. I'm retired and my children are grown and the grand-kids are getting older, so it's easier for me. I think you are doing a great job and you've come a long way. I like how you think out loud with us. Gives us ideas and I hope we do the same for you. You are always a joy to watch. Thanks so much for sharing with all of us. Have a Blessed Day !!
You are Amazing!!!!! It Helps so much to hear you process the items and thoughts and feelings and I am bowled over by the result. For all of us who are scared to let go of items, we can see that the sky doesn't fall in if things are released. On the contrary, space and peace and room are left. You are a warrior, showing us that we won't die if we let go. weepy smile. : O : )
1. Control 2. Financial guilt on buying XYZ that we never used 3. Descion 4. Accept that sometimes things have to be trashed 5. We will not be held back by clutter!
Notebooks and journals is a category I struggle with too. I really enjoyed listening to you verbalize your thoughts and decision making process. Thank you.
I had the same problem, buying pretty notebooks/journals and not using them. For Christmas I am usually gifted with at least one diary for next year. When I realised it got out if hand I also felt financial guilt and felt bad for throwing something that is not used. I put everything into one box and made myself a promise I am not going to buy anything new until I use old up. Currently, for my notes at work I use diary with dates for year 2017! 😂 I just need it for blank pages for my to-do lists and luckily dates don't matter to me. After I'm done I will shred it and pick another one from the box. I made peace with this box and now it's actually comforting to know I won't need to spend money on notebooks for next 5 years 😂
Me looking at my two bins of Happy Planner stickers I rarely use because decorating a planner became overwhelming and stressful to me. Love watching you think through this stuff. This one was quite impressive - I mean that purple one!
I am amazed at your progress in sorting and parting with your journals. I have a couple, not as elaborate as yours, but they helped me through some emotional periods of my life. Every entry started with, Dear God, as if writing a letter and pouring out my thoughts and emotions. It was very therapeutic at the time. But that time has passed, you have given me the courage to get rid of them. I don’t have as many as you, or as nice as the ones you had. But giving yourself credit, they served an important purpose in that season of your life. Now that is past. We don’t need them anymore. I have Dollar Tree tablets with spiral binders, for my TO DO lists and brain dumps for future projects. Crossing things off when done gives me great pleasure. When I run out of pages, I start another and throw the old one away. Keeping one in the camper, or the bin that goes in the camper is a good idea. We can do this!!! One $ store tablet at a time….. look at the money you will save! I am inspired by your thinking through and reasoning process and staying focused on the goal…. Decluttering! Congratulations!
I was a "write down on paper" person, now I am a "type it on the phone and delete it once it is done" kind a person. What i Intend to do, my tasks, my apointments, my reminders, all on the phone.
You're starting to touch on categories that I struggle with now. The onion analogy helped. Its was helpful to ID reasons it's a struggle and coming to reasons to let go.
I appreciate your resolve to declutter. We each have our own level of letting go. I cut out pages that are written on and use the remaining paper as paper, even if they’re just half used composition books from my kids school. New ones may be a nice gift for a friend or family member or as a family or individual birthday book. Each member of our family has a birthday book we write in in lieu of a cards. They are a good place for writing those words of affirmation and adding to year after year without buying more cards, which used to end up all over the house when our kids were little. Sometimes we write letters to our kids in there at other times of the year, too.
Financial guilt is so hard!!!!! Even when I'm in a financially stable time of life, I struggle with this! I have to get over purchase regret & move on! Ugh!
Nicely done! I really appreciate you sharing your thought process of working through and understanding your attachments. This really helps me. Thank you again.
Ah I just came across James Clear this week! It's a sign, I gotta read his book. So I was always keeping nice journals for worthy stuff....but when was I ever gonna write in them? Finally started to make use of the nice journals I had in the last year, and so much better than letting them gather dust
Love this Erika! Yes I still struggle after decluttering seriously for 6 years in UA-cam. So thanks for saying that is ok. Actually the first time I see something I feel I should declutter I might put it pack but then the next time I come across it I usually get rid of it. 🧡
Thank you for sharing. I love the way you talked through an item and the thoughts that came with it. Sometimes saying something out loud can help with the answer.
I found it so valuable to watch you come across that bag in the first video and recognize that you needed to process. Then to hear how you did process through was also so beneficial! I also appreciate your perspective on trash and how you recognize the sting of throwing something away and using that as motivation to not buy things you won’t use. Suggestion: could you cut out the pages with scissors or an exacto knife, leaving an inch of the vertical length of the pages so the stitching doesn’t unravel, and then donate the journal? I totally get not wanting to overcomplicate it, though! Thanks for your insights, Erica!
You did such a good job! I needed a moment to just sit and relax on the couch (chronic illness, not feeling well moment) and I was very excited to see a new video from you! Feeling much better now and ready to tackle my next task!
I've journaled for years, much of which is family history. I'm trying to decide what to do with them now. A great-grandmother journaled and such things can mean so much to other generations. So, considering what you write should dictate what to keep, what to destroy. But, definitely a great way to keep track of things. Good for you for working so hard at every aspect of your life. You'd be great at counseling others as they take the walk you've been on.
I think you're just great Erica! You have such a brilliant way of making things that can seem complicated at first much simpler to process - you're so inspiring!
Years ago I had a "revelation" that I feel obligated to continue owning whatever I already own. Watching you declutter journals made me realize I have continued keeping mine for that same reason. I have no emotional attachment but just hadn't decided to get rid of them, because I already own them. 🥴🤪
Yes, I'm so glad you decided to repurpose. Those are such beautiful journals. Cutting out the used pages with an x-acto knife would keep the binding intact. Then they could be donated, given to a women's shelter, given to people in your homeschool group who wouldn't feel they are clutter...so many possibilities!
This is what I'm going through now too. About 2 years ago I started to get into paper planning, even focused my youtube channel around it. But like you, I realized it was a way to feel in control and a form of therapy. I no longer need it like I did and now need to move onto the next thing. You won't regret getting rid of those journals, it's part of your past and now you have more room for the future. There are always more journals, more lovely things if you ever need them in the future. Thanks for doing this video!
Thanks for sharing this. I've personally had guilt for not using more than 25% of any planner/journal and it is helpful to know I'm not alone, and maybe I do get excited about a new one sooner than I'd actually fill up the old one!
Nice job! You have given me ideas on how to get through my scrapbooking supplies! I did declutter a bunch of paper and stickers about a year ago; it was donated to the local Boys & Girls Club and they were thrilled to get the supplies.
Thank you thank you thank you for this!!! I just realized I need to do this with my old homeschool planners that I was keeping out of guilt because I barely used them. So I’m ripping out the attendance record (our state requires us to keep these records) and using the (way too much) work I’ve kept if the kids to build them a homeschool portfolio (which isn’t required but it’s something I want to do to help show my kids their growth and as a good resource in case a college in future wants to see it). I feel so free to let this go now because of seeing you struggle with this and talk yourself through it! That’s 5 big planners!! Woohoo!
Thank you! I saw your title and grabbed my own overwhelming pile of warranties manuals and papers including tax stuff. You got me moving! Next is moving back into a daytime to separate work and home life better. Your theme resonates with me stuff that I did to manage feelings of overwhelm.
Thank you! I am now motivated to go through my current lot of 'I'll get to it' items which I purchased thinking I'd take up a hobby - which sit there taking up room and guilting me every time I see them because it's something else I didn't do or need to do. Time to rethink and allow myself to let go things I'm no longer interested in - I've not failed because I didn't take them up - I'm refocusing and deciding what I want in my life. Thank you!
Erica, this was so helpful to me! I appreciate how open you are and when you take us along on your journey, we gain from your experience as we work on our own "clutter closets".
16:25- Yeah, I'm using your specific struggle moment to relate to my same struggle, so thanks! Reflection: that/those journals where I did the sticker, decorative thing can be parted with easily "maybe" if I recognize that I can easily recreate or even outmatch the next time I want to do the sticker, decorative thing. 😁
Erica, those words you wrote in the journals were you processing life. They are full of many emotions. They are powerful. They are a representation of who you were and are. They are a history of your life, your families life. I know people who keep their journals for their children. They are beneficial sometimes. They may guide one or more of your children later in life. Usually, the journals go to the daughters if the mother was the one who wrote the journals. If the dad wrote the journal entries, then they would go to the sons. Just a thought.
Erica, loved watching this. I loved listening to you talk things through with yourself. Congratulations on getting a handle on this category. Awesome job. Cheers.
You are amazing! I was a fellow journal keeper as well. I still have some but its just not something I use. They make it so hard because they make them so darn cute.
I struggled for many years with what to use as my journal/calendar/to-do list. I went from buying products (much like you) to just using leftover notebooks from my kids or the backs of envelopes. While this was better than buying a new item, it felt disjointed and messy. And it kept me holding on to random sizes and shapes of random notebooks. It drove me crazy. I forget where I first heard about it, but my Rocket Book has been life changing!! It looks like a regular notebook but you can wipe off the pages and reuse again and again. It also comes with a feature that allows you to download to your phone if you wish. I choose not to use this feature because I like the actual writing down and crossing off of my lists. It comes with a Frixion pen and a wipe off cloth. You might want to try it. As I said, it has been life-changing. P.S. Love your channel. Really enjoy how you keep things real. (First-time commenter, Amy from NC)
Boy can I relate to this video. I TOO am a journal/notebook hoarder!! However....I also figured out that if you use ONE book at a time it is much easier to keep track of your notes/ideas/lists. I have a hard time letting go of the extra notebooks but I have done it. I was happy to see you are going to keep a camping journal for notes and photo's. What a keepsake that will be!!
This. Most things don’t hang me up….but this is me. I don’t have as many journals because I don’t go to the store with my littles so much, but I can relate soooo much here. I do have old journals that I still hold onto because it’s like a part of me. 😅
Great job working through your journals. Thank you for sharing your journey. Re: Trash journals- The paper can go to scrap paper for kids or in a 'Buy Nothing group' and be re-used before being recycled. That way only the cover goes to landfill.
Nice one! I went through a load of notebooks and started using only one at a time, turning it into some kind of bullet journal, using them up, one at a time. I have a habit of getting notebooks, sketching, writing, keeping whatever category in them ... Now I decided that one at a time is enough.
Just watched this video. Went through the house with a bag to gather all of my journals. Kept 1 decluttering 15. Taking to my Sunday school class tomorrow.
Journals are hard for me too, I keep a lot for writing and for drawing. Slowly I felt that there is too much paper in a journal or notebook and I simply do not buy bound paper anymore. I keep loose leaf paper (colored, printer, lined, grid, ect) and make my own mom journal with a three ring binder. I make or buy template pages I print out or just free hand. Its much easier to recycle the pages when i dont need them anymore. I also staple together my own packets as needed for writing projects for me or homeschool.
Great job! If it is really bothering you and if it’s worth your time, what if you exact-o knife the used pages out of the journals. The binding wouldn’t be ruined. Then you could give it away on a buy nothing page.
If I find something like your journals at home, hlafused notebooks, aso... I either take th whole "book" or the unused papers and put in my pile of paper that I use when I write notes or lists. I then use the paper mainly for todo-lists or shopping lists. That way I use them all up.
Oh I like this thought!
That's such a good way to look at it!
For the black journal: use an Xacto blade to cut out the pages. No ruined binding.
I literally came to the comments to say the same thing.
If not in trash can already, whoever picks up the stickers, may enjoy the used notebooks, after cutting out used pages…suggestion 😜
Also, if you cut it completely apart you could recycle the paper
I had a problem with always trying to get some of the money back and every year I had a garage sale. That was my downfall. But maybe I also helped someone else by selling things cheaply.

@@EricaLucasLoves that's awesome! ♥
I’m trying to figure out what to do with the used journals. So many ideas here!
I'm not buying more shampoo till I use up one of my current bottles!
If you do Christmas shoe boxes the unopened journals would be nice to add.
I donated all my journals when I decluttered to a local preschool after I cut out the written on pages and gave them some stickers as well. :)
It was hard to give myself permission. I’m struggling with it a little.
Love that the solution to feeling wasteful is fully acknowledging that and consciously choosing to avoid the action that caused it in the beginning. Journals are hard for me too!
your self awareness is super impressive and inspiring!
I LOVE the way you talk through your feelings. Help me with my Trixie Belden (think Nancy Drew). Happy memories, collected them at least 15 years ago. Not like I reread thrm......why can't I let them go.
My sister had all of them! I still have things In can't part with yet. Not sure how, just wanted to acknowledge Trixie Belden!❤️
You should reread and have fun with that!
Oh good! Sometimes my metaphors are silly.
"Of course there's a Lego!" 😂🤣😂
Right?!
Thank you!! This is one of your best videos. After the big moving decluttering, that is.
Love the shorter hair.
From a retired RN, grandma of 7.
Old folks homes like craft things. I know it’s gone now but a nice thing to keep in mind. Puzzles and craft things are big. 😊
: )
1. Control
2. Financial guilt on buying XYZ that we never used
3. Descion
4. Accept that sometimes things have to be trashed
5. We will not be held back by clutter!
Notebooks and journals is a category I struggle with too. I really enjoyed listening to you verbalize your thoughts and decision making process. Thank you.
You and me with the journals!! Absolutely feel you.
Oh the pretty ones give me dreams
You are correct. Dollar Store items are so inexpensive & practical. All those expensive journals & stickers are a waste. You have got it!!! Good job!
I made peace with this box and now it's actually comforting to know I won't need to spend money on notebooks for next 5 years 😂
Love the brain dump with table of contents - it's starting to work for me! Thanks!!!
"Of course there is a lego." Love that this happened three videos in a row.
Ugh!
You did great getting thru all those journals Erica! That made a great Bible bag too!
I really enjoyed this video, Erica. It’s like watching the wheels turning in your head. You’re so authentic. Very refreshing. Thank you for your time.
Love this Erika! Yes I still struggle after decluttering seriously for 6 years in UA-cam. So thanks for saying that is ok. Actually the first time I see something I feel I should declutter I might put it pack but then the next time I come across it I usually get rid of it. 🧡
It does take time!
Thank you for sharing. I love the way you talked through an item and the thoughts that came with it. Sometimes saying something out loud can help with the answer.
Good job! You made some great choices.
Best honest declutter ever... Thank you
You did such a good job! I needed a moment to just sit and relax on the couch (chronic illness, not feeling well moment) and I was very excited to see a new video from you! Feeling much better now and ready to tackle my next task!
WOW 🤩 you rock! That was a difficult declutter! Happy for you.
Currently in the middle of packing my house for moving, feeling very stressed, then I see you've done a video, always love them Erica
Good luck with the move
I've journaled for years, much of which is family history. I'm trying to decide what to do with them now. A great-grandmother journaled and such things can mean so much to other generations. So, considering what you write should dictate what to keep, what to destroy. But, definitely a great way to keep track of things. Good for you for working so hard at every aspect of your life. You'd be great at counseling others as they take the walk you've been on.
I think you're just great Erica! You have such a brilliant way of making things that can seem complicated at first much simpler to process - you're so inspiring!
I razor out the unused pages of books/journals and use them with kids for handwriting practice/quiz/ homework.
You hit the nail on the head for me, overwhelmed by emotion when it comes to journals/diaries.
Such a nice bag and so smart to organize by bag to grab and go!
Me too, I will sort through my journals. This is the start of a new era ...
The quality of our lives often depends on the quality of our habits. 👍
Memories and diary. Love reading them to see where I was and the life I was building.
congrats- love how you keep things real
Great job Erica you have come a long way in your journey!
Thank you for sharing your thought process not only in this video but in all your videos. It really has helped me with my thought process! 😊
Cheers.
Well done!
I have never understood stickers in journals or bullet journals that people spend HOURS doing. Good to see you have discovered your why!
I so appreciate your honesty and openness. Thanks!
I struggle with cleaning supplies/products... always looking for that "miracle" item to make cleaning easier. 😬
I love that you have a Camping Journal
Good job. Love the why part.
