Thank you!
You were correct in your decision of the wood selected. It is of great importance to show the history of the instrument throughout its history. 👏
Fantastic! Love your decision to use mahogany in repairing the cross bar and your reasoning behind it.
Your patience and skill that go into every piece is truly inspiring
I cant wait to see the rest of this series.
It's going to take a few days. There is a lot to explain. Thanks for watching!
Can hardly wait for the next video … You are absolutely Awesome a true Craftsman with patience I’ve never seen before Keep up the awesomeness … Thank You for sharing with the world
Thanks for your kind words. I'm editing next part these days
Really great stuff. Can't wait for the next video! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for perseverence
beautifully done. Yes, we should see repairs, or at least be aware of them. Except, perhaps, finish repairs.
Maybe all the effort and work will yield a beautiful sounding instrument, or maybe it won’t, but the tender care you are showing this guitar is all the more moving and inspiring precisely because the outcome remains uncertain. It’s like mending the broken wings of a bird, not knowing if it will ever fly again. And that is beautiful.
Wow! Thanks a lot! You tell the story even better than me.
Looking forward to next episode.👍
I love the meticulous attention to detail that seems to come so naturally to you. looking forward to the next video on this restoration project.
Thanks a lot Rahn. Yes, is kind of natural for me not to rush, whenever I try to, I make mistakes. So I'm better in the slow side, I guess.
You did say this was going to be short. It felt it was a little too short.
Best of luck on the continuing this epic of this restoration.
Thanks Peter!
Wow your amazing beautiful work
I believe the original Luther builder is very happy with the work you are preforming on some thing built with love
The background music was a nice touch.
Thanks Gary, that´s something that is important for me, it helps to create an ambience.
@@AnjudaGuitars Yep.
I enjoy this series a lot. I was disappointed when you gave a break after that incident but I am happy you still keep us updated. I hope you continue to restore old guitars in the future.
You know what? Restoring is not what I like most, but building new stuff. Anyhow, let´s finish this!
Excellent work. Excited to see the next step.
Nice!
We are waiting for the rest of the restoration
I love what you’re doing with this guitar.
Thanks Daniel. Stay tuned!
Suerte.
Great!
I think, overall, it's best practice to use the same species when you have the choice. A repair like that would always be visible, especially without a finish. I don't know that it would make a measurable difference in this case, given the piece, but I would of gone with cedar. This is a big job. Nice to watch.
You know what? You're right.
Hombre Retro! Que alegría verte! Gracias!
@@AnjudaGuitars ❤️ un saludo enorme! 💪💪
what a great job so far after the hurdles you've encountered. Lesser humans would of gave up after the humidifier incident. are you an alien? lol. I think this repair of the brace may of been a small mistake. could wood filler of returned it to its original contours but still maintained all that continuous wood fiber strength? (if that makes sense?) seems odd to me is all.
Thanks for your comment! About wood fiber... maybe it would work!
