Appreciate your sharing, Love my night runs lights are a must for sure, I did just subscribe I’ll be following for more, until next time peace and chicken grease
I could not relate anymore with that, you need a lot of patience and so much time to build balsa model airplanes, that requires another level of gentleness
Potentially. But I’m not much of an electronics wizard. As long as the lights can handle the voltage though, and the connectors are the same, I don’t see why not
I'm curious why you can't switch it from your transmitter. Can't you just plug the kit into the original port in the receiver since the Gladiator already has switchable lights? I didn't even consider that the headlight foam might not hold the LEDs without glue. I was hoping that the foam would be enough to cut out the light bleed. Lots of great information here for anyone considering this kit. Can't wait until you make a cool new video showing off your new light kit!
@@chuckbareika5478 Just got the kit. If you plug them in like the original fog lights, they are super dim. Plugging them in upside down allows no turning on/off via the remote, but does make them much brighter.
For turn signals seperate the orange lights you can cut the wires off of one of the lights the other light you will have to make a plug for the other one plug into CL R3 the other into CL L2 black wire on top red in middle also plug your main wire for the lights in same way black wire on top red in middle

Thank you very much!
Why not splice extra wire to fit the gladiator?
Thank you for your video. It helps a lot!
I certainly could have but I think at that point I just wanted to be done haha

Oh boy I never do that, I definitely don’t have the finesse!
Is it possible to add lights to that splitter? Such as the cowl pod lights or a roof rack light bar? Maybe even the club 5 rock light kit?

@@LittleGrey how many spots are left available on the controller after this

I’m not sure, I had hoped it would work. But I’ll keep fiddling with it and see what happens! Glad there were some useful tips in the video!
You can switch the lights on and off from the remote black wire on top red in middle

Yeah I got to get out there again. Soon!
have you done a winch on these? I have the Bronco one that was just released from Axial, that's what I want to do with mine.
No i haven’t, but I’ve looked into it. It doesn’t seem like it would be too hard
Do you have a link to the 3d printed file for the receiver you used?
