- My dream of going to India came true! I was lucky enough to go to Delhi and Goa with my amazing roommate Akila and friends for winter break. I attended the beautiful wedding of Akila's brother and sister-in-law held in Goa. Still can't believe it ~
8:35 1st of all its not food poisoning Sofia... its just change of diet... Indian food have spice and masala in it which your tummy isn't trained for... suddenly if you shift the food from normal to spicy, it creates problem... if there was any sort of food poisoning, people wouldn't have their dinner/breakfast in those venders
India 🇮🇳 feels like visiting each and every country on 🌎
Stomach upset(food poisoning) could be b/c of the drastic change in the weather ..
Living abroad 10 years this is the very reason and to be specific the kind of water!
and say this from experience!
Also because of different gut bacteria that tropical environment has!

its not weather... its change in diet... they don't eat much of spicy things... and in India we have lot of spices... even though it doesn't feel spicy, we put lot of masalas... their belly gets upset when they all of sudden change their diet plan... their tummy cant adapt that quickly... hence you have to use the loo more than once
Food posing mainly happens because of change in wether and microorganisms, i might also get it if i go to USA

Akshardham Temple in Delhi. Hope you saw that. It may be better than the Taj. A new Akshardham Temple has been built in Robbinsville, New Jersey also. And on the same road to the Taj is a city called Vrindavan, which is the home of the Hare Krishna. It's truly a fun place to experience. Many Americans live there.
India is a very huge and diverse country in the world 🌏
28 state + 8 union territory = India (36) 🇮🇳
And many more indian island like Andaman Nikobar, Lakhyadeep etc..
I felt so lucky to explore Delhi and Goa, but my dream is to visit more of the states and learn about all the different cultures of India :)

India has lot more to see Apart from Taj Mahal and Delhi. Visit South India and Islands like Andaman and Nicobar. And don't forget to visit Darjeeling hill station, Gangtok, Cherapunji and North East India.

Of all the things and creature in India foreigners stumble on cows.....looks like cows are from different planet.😆😆
Actually you will fall sick due to these reasons:
1) If you are travelling first time below 40 degree north latitude then your body is not used to the bacteria and micro organisms in that environment.
2) Poor Gut health, you may be eating packaged food in your country, then you suddenly eat rich, spicy and oily food.
3) Staying in 3 star hotels and eating buffet. The spaghetti bolognaise is left over from A la Carte menu and has been circulating for 3 days.
4) Overeating
Most of the tourists are getting sick in Punta Cana, Cancun, Hurghada, Antalya and Bali due to reason number 3.
Oh you remember Mr Bean who got sick from stale oysters. All 90s kids will be laughing now.

If you eat everyday in Chandni Chowk or Mohammad Ali Road you will get sick due to reason number 4 but you will recover in 2 days and after that you will gain 15kgs.

There's alot of difference in stomach upset and food poisoning, if you had real food poisoning, you wouldn't have had made to that beach, you should have been in hospital. Just western stereotypes 😂😂😂
Delhi is very overrated, make sure to visit Udaipur.
