I really wish that companies would be forced to reveal the drop rates of items, that way we could actually see what the RDR boosts actually do. 800% RDR on at item with a 0.02% drop rate is still 0.16% which is nothing.
In PSO2, while I don't think they showed the exact odds for item drops, they had some menus for each quest which showed detailed stats on what items were dropping, how many of them were dropping, and in what proportions they were dropping. They also had this for a few other things like which enemies were showing up in the quest. It was a really neat feature, and they had it set up where it was a rolling average over the last seven days, so it was always fairly current information. I want them to bring that back for NGS, as I think it would be really beneficial for the transparency of just how rare certain things are.
Lol, someone at one point asked the dev team if they'd ever fix the RdR rates because the global side seemed difficult to get the hard drops (regardless of yourself having all the ultra high rdr ceiling items), and the dev team straight up said "Nope! The Japanese side of pso2/ngs have a decent time farming for 16-18 hours at a time to farm for anything in game." That's why, from my angle, they never changed or even adjusted any of the RdR problems on global side particularly. I wish I didn't need max RdR to get even 1 thing. Lol sorry for the long winded message.

I started to believe there are no drop rate system in sega for every new rare weapon. If you got the weapon, that means sega give it to you. I used more than 300% RDR (if there's a concert it can touch 400%) all day doing UQ and NC but still didn't get the weapon. The drop rate for the new weapon only start after 3 - 4 weeks after the weapon released... Anyway we all know that drop rate is a myth in this game 😔
Why you call co-op a special UQ? It is a permament quest or do you refer to the kill requirement? region mag doesn´t count for nameless :D With over 600% boost only got 2x mini-suits and the ultimate defensive ex build ( evade, turnover, hp starling (15,75%))
Rare drop rate doesn’t work it never has in NGS hell you can have a 4.000 rare drop rate buff and you still want get anything that’s rare to drop you will only ever get common items to drop there real drop rates for rare items in NGS it’s just a picture that’s put in front of you as a lie but it’s not really in the game that’s how I look at it anyways button line is if it not common drop rate or uncommon drop rate don’t bother going after the items your only going to waste your time in NGS you never get double chances with drop rates only lower chances when the drop rate is higher unless it common items then yeah you have double chances so yeah just BS on rare drop rates. just focus on your tickets every day and then play something else

Yeah. RDR has been a joke for ages.
New weapons designed to be the best of it's class have drop rates of far less than a percent. 300% of .02% for example, is just .06%.
They just want user time. The longer you're on for, the better it is for them.
