One of the best homes I've seen in Carmel, set on a beautiful piece of property. That private beach is a nice feature. I would add a pool and poolhouse near the guesthouse. 😎 PS... my family grew up not far from that part of the Monterey peninsula... Watsonville, Santa Cruz, Aptos, Soquel, etc.... and I still miss it!
