Mushrooms saved my life 🥺 I treated my very first experience as an aya_huasca experience, I literally met myself as a small child. First thing she asked me "why do you hate me so much?" I went in with the purpose of healing my depression, anxiety, but I healed my most important self hate.

I have never done shrooms before. I suffer from PTSD/depression anxiety from childhood abuse. I tried the mushroom chocolate bars for the first time for a week straight. For the first time in my life. I felt normal and happy even after it wore off. I am also in therapy. But I feel it's the best choice I've made.

Oof! You went all in 😊. I use shrooms once in a blue moon, in ceremony, when I wish to connect with higher wisdom/soul self. It never fails. I used psychedelics often as a teen. LSD was the first drug I ever did. I believe psychedelics can be used responsibly with great benefit. It's all about your intent. Bon voyage ✌️ ❤

@BloodNote Exactly that. Would not forget the feeling after my first week of microdosing. I was "What? This is better than all 'treatments' I had in 20 years.
And I am still getting overwhelmed when I talk about my first proper shroom experience.... what a revelation... eye opening, regression, and memories which I have never known were there.....
Follow the path. It is the right one

I battle depression and loneliness and anxiety as well as PTSD from past trauma in my life.
I really should know better than to watch videos like this because it is really hard not having someone there to turn to, to lift me up when I fall.
Watching videos like this makes me realize how cursed i really am to have no one there for me.
But yet I watch videos like this hoping one day I could possibly have someone in my life that truly loves me and is there for me to lift me up rather than tear me down.
I am 57 years old and and have never known what it's like to be truly loved or to know i mean something to someone even though I been married twice.
First wife was unfaithful the entire marriage, the second wife was a full blown narcissist.
My entire life i have gone it alone.
Even my own mother made no time for me or ever had anything loving or encouraging to say to me.
Never once heard her ever say she loved me while growing up.
Nit that those words mean anything anyway.
Especially after hearing them from two women who's actions told otherwise.
Those three words are just empty meaningless words to me now.

Just wanted to share with you @grounded7362:
      You still have you.
I learned the hard way too; childhood trauma with narcissistic parents (divorced when I was 4 years old) and a psychotic grandmother. Continued the trauma bond with a narcissist boyfriend and later became husband. Left him recently, after 23 years in a tumultuous relationship. Lost my inner voice.
Anyways, I tried the psychedelic mushrooms with the intention to heal, or to feel right but mostly to feel the love for me. To be in love with my inner child (for the first time). I didn't have anyone around during or after the session. It was fine, ya know.
Hope this resonates with you. Love and light!

If you're still struggling, don't be distracted by the details in someone else's story.. The path to healing is possible with or without a significant other in life, this story involves someone learning to utilize the true potential of their specific situation, with a partner he wasn't allowing to support him, which is an unhealthy way to have a close relationship and only part of what he needed to learn and come to terms with to find a more positive path. The concept is the same no matter the situation.. to be realistic about personal circumstances and take responsibility for the steps that can be taken to improve things, this in itself increases self esteem and with the right attitude can lead to true self love. There are many ways, particularly with a compatible therapist, with or without mushrooms etc that can lead to the realizations required and change in habits for this to occur. 🙏✨✨✨

Mushrooms are the best compound I've ever taken.
They killed my cigarette addiction instantly, they redefined my relationship with myself, with others, and with reality as a whole. They're also the most terrifying thing I've ever done. When trying to microdose you need to find a good mycologist who’s willing to take you through the entire process.

8:20 That wasn't amnesia. That was ego death. All sense of self and who you are is erased from your brain for as long as that ego death lasts. And it is one of the most beautiful, yet terrifying things a human being can ever experience.

This video reminded me how much I miss going outside just to play basketball and mess around with my girlfriend and this is also a way to deal with downswing that I deal with myself I would say its healing to dribble the bad emotions from poker the way you dribble the ball. I would imagine that I've put all the negativity and things I don't control into the ball and gain satisfaction from throwing. Never used drugs and I also rarely drink alcohol and playing poker especially when sh.. hits the fan takes a huge toll on me. Thank you for reminding me to go out and have these little things which don't bring money but are useful for the mind so that we stay focused and composed. Love that it allowed him to reconnect with things that are vitally important for his ongoing mental and physical health (ie. connections with loved ones, the outdoors and recreation). Most of us know this, but we don't 'feel' it and thus don't engage. Psilocybin and LSD strongly promote the 'feeling' portion of our base knowledge and thus make us more likely to engage with new pathways and solutions. Best of luck in both of your healing journeys!

Everyone inherits experiences and memories from their bloodline/ancestors. Psilocybin activates the brain to unlock this. My first trip brought up experiences/visuals of medieval times. I saw the inside of a castle with wood furniture and beautiful colored rubies that decorated the walls. I literally felt like i was back in time. I walked outside to my back yard and it immediately felt like I was in a atrium. It was night and I felt so uncomfortable with any lights on or anything powered or modern. It just didn't feel right. I turned off the main circuit breaker to turn everything off. I didn't have any on hand, but I wanted to light candles or torches. I felt in charge, like an important figure or in a high value position and part of a big family. I actually felt happy and in place for once in my life.
After my trip, I did alot of research online about what I saw and experienced. Come to find out, after researching my last name, the name came from a medieval king and royal family! Truly a life changing experience.

I pray he gets better and continues to love life. And I think his dog is watching over him now. My dad has bad depression and anxiety I really want to get him into psilocybin but apparently it’s not legal. We don’t want to break the law.

I need to relate up front, that I too was engaged in a competitive stressful “soulless” profession by choice, gotta pay the bills, and do what works for you, I get that 100%. Psychedelics are medicine for the soul, they have taught me that it is okay to relax and trust the uncontrollable process of life, “let the chips fall where they may”. This idea being expressed here about “the streak” is conceptual poison. It only exists because of the power it is fed. You might want to unmask that phantom in a session.

Yeah ego dissolution happens when you do large doses. You literally won't know who or what you are. Or even be aware that you took drugs/know what drugs are. The "therapist" leaving during that is so problematic and they need to be held accountable.

I have to say, it is not a good practice to take any kind of psychedelic an hour after mdma has kicked in. You will experience the come down and rapid serotonin drop before or during the peak of the psychedelic so mdma needs to be taken once the mushroom begins to give effects. Mdma is also better paired with LSD.

Its kinda sad that you'd been going to therapy and nobody told you straight out you had simple situational depression with anxiety as a 2ndary consequence of your job and how to solve it with simple lifestyle changes and got you to that nitty gritty place of knowing what you really want and need without having to resort to drugs that are usually only prescribed to the most damaged people with ptsd. I'm happy you got peace but holy shit how much wasted money was in that process that a good psychologist and a new career could've saved you lol

I recently tried mushrooms with a therapist trained in guiding PTSD and trauma survivors. It was rather expensive, but after a decade + of various forms of talk therapy, which was helpful, l needed something that talking and intellectualizing could not address. It was very helpful in terms of getting some insight into what some of my unmet needs were....things that I have been carrying around for 40 + years. It wasn't psychedelic for me, but I don’t know that it needed to be. It was a day long session and the therapist spent 90 minutes after the session to help me reorient and ordered a taxi for me checked in on me that evening. I recommend it for anyone feeling stuck in trauma.

Not judgement of you at allll. Rather epathy for you. Those professionals around you should've kown better and done better than just take your $ endlessly without actually adressing basic shit first. I'm glad you found healing and peace, i'm just sad it took so long and so much $$ wasted when they should've done better for you.
