      Few things you need to watch. Don't do it if you are suffering from high bp or hypertension. Don't do it forcefully. Also, try to see what other factors might be the cause of headache.

      Hip opening postures like titliasana, baddhkonasana, utkatkonasana, janusirsasana would be good. Doing maha mudra and ashwini mudra regular will be very helpful.
