Another amazing interview. My son-in-law is from Madrid and I've been there many times. I can relate. Madrid is a beautiful city with so much history. Spain is beautiful too with such a rich history.
we lived in madrid in the 70s and bought several guitars from manuel and his wife .the flamenco is now in the possession of our musician son, we still have the classical. Wonderful instruments
Fascinating video showcasing these exquisite instruments. Absolutely marvellous historic details so interesting, beautiful tasteful playing Sam. Loved this one and enjoyed the diversity from the norm. Killed it again G.V.
Fascinating and amazing! The history of MR manufacture is impressive and their philosophy based on idea of using the wood of trees that fell down for natural reasons (were not cut down) is very close to my heart. Mr. Manuel talks about guitars with great passion and has great knowledge about them. I was also captivated by his personality and positivity. This all helped me make the decision to choose one of their instruments to buy. I ordered Tesoro de Guinea Limba Negra A - considering also the advice in this video. Thank you!
I am about to buy one of these Tesoro de la Bodega guitars. I live here in Romania and I know these guitars are built here because I LIVE here, instead of presenting this guitar as made in Europe (and presume it is also made in Spain), just admit instead is it made in Romania... which could alter the quality because our history with classical guitars is not as strong as Spain has with its successfull luthiers and classical players. I just feel that they should be more transparent and not try to oversell these guitars so much. When you're buying a guitar you're getting it for it's quality of sound and attention to details and of course personal TASTE then comes all these details... I will test one of these today and let you know my personal opinion and I will also compare it to a Spruce Yamaha in the same price range and another cedar quality guitar and let you know if this is worth it from my point of view. I wish all guitars manufacturers the best and it's great to see this instrument getting its well-worth attention lately as it is indeed one of the most powerfull instruments humankind has ever made.
