Dr Been!!! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING that you do!! Red Lights Therapy brought me the first/only tinnitus relief that I've had in ~2 years. I used it ONCE for 10 minutes, right up to my ear. Made the tinnitus slightly louder as i went to bed, and i woke up in SILENCE. I AM FLOORED. I know I may have to use this repeatedly, but this result alone gives me substantial hope for the rest of my LC symptoms. (I used a Hooga 300 IRL, WL 660 nm light). THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
Holy cow. I'm going to try this and if it works I'm not sure how I could possibly thank you. Have had tinnitus for 40 years now.
Amazon has several Hooga 660nm lights, trying to find the one you got. You mentioned 300 IRL, does that mean 300 LEDs in the device? They range in price from $159 to $1200 for 300 LEDs. Did you get the expensive one? Do you think I should get the expensive one with 300 LEDs? I originally researched these lights for inflammation in my foot, but if this works for tinnitus I'd want one that can work for both. I hope I can spend less than $1200!
@@furyofbongos did you end up getting one?
No wonder the pandemic lockdowns closed all the pubic parks and people were told to stay home.
Many people could not get adequate Infrared light.
People were encouraged to spend more time outside, at least in the U.S. Most parks were not closed. So many people visited national parks during the pandemic that it became extremely hard on park staff.
@@thunderstreet78 maybe where you lived but in my city the parks taped off all the playground equipment, and we were told to stay home.
@@carrikartes1403 My friend in Hawaii told me that the golf courses there were closed and people couldn't go to the beach in groups (just one person per blanket). I'm east of Seattle and lots of parks in our area were closed. In our city, the parking lots were roped off so no one could park and tennis courts were closed (nets were taken down). Washington State was pretty much shut down. People were told to stay home (indoors) and the parks and streets were deserted. This was especially bad because the closures started in March--so people had been indoors for months and this was normally when they would get fresh air and sunshine. By June of 2020, there was a lot of medical research indicating that being outside was safe--but the state government was overly cautious and held to the shutting down of parks for several more months. Things didn't ease up for a long time, maybe not till May or June of 2021--for a little while after most people were vaccinated, but by the end of August there was another surge in cases, so people were discouraged from gathering. And then the air got bad from wildfires, and then it got cold with Fall and Winter...
Dr Been, your research, videos and informative medical topics are God sent for the population. Thank you for your service to humanity that is enlightening us and teaching us so much.💜😇
Great video! Many thanks for sharing
My infrared lamp is on its way. I'll start using it for my cfs.
Doctor Been, your videos are of amazing value. I have post-prostatectomy recurrent prostate cancer and I am attacking it on all fronts, including extended fasting. Among other things, I also started on Methylene Blue after watching your channel and would like to add Near IR light to my tool chest. Unfortunately, all the Near IR lights on Amazon are a combo or 620 and/or 820/850 light. Do you know of any lights in the 720 range that meet the requirements of the therapies discussed in this video? Thank you so much for your brilliant and understandable lectures. Where were you when I was taking biology in college😊
thank you so much! these videos are really great!!! i will try & use this immediately in my practice 💖
Thanks again for your dedication and hard work to help humanity!
I have access to a NIR device that provides NIR in the range of830nm & 850nm. Do you think the benefit is not there for these wavelengths, but only the 720nm wavelength?
Interesting, thank you.
Thank you so much for this explanation and the drawings! It def. makes sense to me comparing it with my experience.
Should we be doing ten minutes total or ten minutes per body part? I do ten minutes on my back, ten minutes on my chest, and five minutes on my legs.
What a great video!
very useful talk ...... Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great info.
Super Video👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Diabetes is helped too
I have a question regarding the near infrared products on the market Dr Been. All of them state that the product uses 660-850 nm, yet you have shown that 720nm is the correct wavelength. Will these products work or do we need to only use 720 nm of which I cant find? Thank you😇
In December 2022 I had covid19 and I did not have long covid effects because the sunlight exposition in order to obtain infrared light from the sun.
I put incandescent light bulbs in the areas I spend the most time. Do you think this is helpful at all? I did it for mood and immunity.
No, you need an led pad of red and infrared lights to put directly on your skin.
@@heatherwade2373 I have a red light “pad” but I don’t put it directly on my skin. It gets way too warm for that. I do not think it is supposed to touch your skin.
Get uva ultraviolet light for mood. I have a small one in my office on top of a bookshelf.
It works look at Dr Wilson sauna book and incandescent lights are much closer to sun rays. Led lights pulse at an unhealthy rate thats why it's hard to get incandescent lights.
