You’re also forgetting that she likely had much better spatial awareness than the mod gives her credit for - for example, blind cats are able to remember where furniture is in the house. I suggest that blocks you interact with often should slowly fade into what you can “see” the more you use them over a certain period of time, with darker or harder-to-see textures than default so it’s still not too easy. This would solve the problem of forgetting where your chests or crafting tables are, because she would likely have known what her house layout was like.

This mod is lacking momentum and acceleration indicators. For example a blind and deaf person can know where an attack or creature is from because they feel the force of the attack or feel their fist punching a creature. Regarding how she'd find the end portal without seeing or hearing the eyes of ender, maybe she could feel them falling on the ground. Even if we assume she can't feel the direction it fell, she could throw an eye, then walk forward and gauge the magnitude of vibration from it falling. Then, she could throw an eye again, but this time turn 180° and walk again. When the second eye falls, she can compare whether she felt the vibration more or less. This tells her roughly which direction to go. She can now do the same thing with +-90°, and then smaller increments until she locks on to the exact direction. It would take a LOT of eyes, but I think she could feasibly do it within a hundred or fewer.

You should have added a feature where you can see the block your cursor is pointing towards to make it somewhat more convenient, and you could say that by pointing your cursor towards something you were reaching out and feeling it, so you don't have to blindly search. Maybe add something similar to this for mobs also. And make it so that you can see the block you are stepping on at all times, since you're feeling what it is with your feet
These features would be a great edition imo since this means you wouldn't need to rely on such unclear and hard to use details such as block breaking particles or the attack indicator, removing a lot of the tediousness while also giving you information you would have had previously anyways
Also, this feature might make it a bit too easy for the challange, but maybe add a feature where you can permanently see every block you have placed? This would fix a lot of the issues when it comes to losing your crafting tables, furnaces, chests, etc. and would make sense considering after you place something down you would be able to keep a subconscious note of where it is from that point on
