If we keep everyt little things automated, how are people supposed to earn their living...? Replacing human with automated is the beginning of the downfall for a nation economy. After all it's the workforce of the people which drives a nation.👍😀

Вот только у нас на предприятии процесс сборки барабана отличается, мне кажется он более проще и эффективней, да и после сборки колесо не было кривым, не смотря на отсутствие столь крутого станка, сразу балансировали и в сборку. Делали от 200 до 400 диаметром, больше диаметр уже сварщики собирали.

@@ИзяШнобельман лично собирал подобные вентиляторы. Только всё делали вручную. Будущий корпус -обечайка. Место для крепления движка-стульчик. На каждый вентилятор идёт свой электромотор. Диаметр рабочего колеса тебе ничего не даст, если мотор будет слабый. Не сравнивай моторы с советских времён с современными. У них КПД выросло в 2, а то и в 3 раза. С таким двигателем можно намного увеличить мощность входящего потока. Маленький, но можный вентилятор.

And it doesn't get you very far because fitting the ring on top is the more complicated and even duller operation. The entire thing just isn't a particularly automation friendly process or product design.

프레스 머신에 버튼 두개를 누르게 해둔건 상당히 쓸모있는 안전장치인듯
기본적으로 프레스나 압착 등의 장비는 두손버튼과 손이 내부로 들어갔을 때 장비자동스톱을 윟 커튼센서가 함께 쓰입니다.
커튼센서까지 기본옵션이라니, 생각보다 안전한 장비였네요 ㅎㅎ

Вообще-то, мощность задаёт мотор. Думаю, там моторы стоят , раза 3 мощнее чем совковские, при одинаковой массе.

@@haribo- 효율을 생각 해야죠.. 기본 틀은 다 이전에 검사하고 나옵니다.. 마무리 조립이야 바로 바로 하는거라 불량 날 이유도 없고 다 확인 합니다. 그리고 마지막에 최종 검사까지 다 합니다. 그리고 스티커 때문에 업무 효율을 죽이면 안되죠.
부착 부위에 따른 위치때문에 제품무게를 고려하여 선작업 하는듯.
안그러면 제품 무게때문에 단순작업이 중노동 돼버림. 제품이 가만히 있는 상태에서 몸을 기울여 옆면에 붙이는것도
반복작업시 엄청난 관절 무리가 생김.
