Man, I lost my sister and my wife one after the other. Sister passed away in 2021 and wifey passed away in 2022. Until now, I still grieve. You need to let the emotions out of your system through your own methods. There's no time limit with grief, and no one can dictate how you should. You just need to let it all out.
