Nice one man. Like the way u interact with the locals too. Your tone and narration skills on point... Can tell how much living and enjoying these moments.
13:40 We were once hiking across of the top of the Drakensberg, in and out of RSA and Lesotho. At mid-morning on a hot day, we came to a crystal-clear mountain stream and drank the delicious, sweet, cold water. We put our backpacks back on and continued walking uphill next to the stream. About 250m upstream we came upon a dead mule lying in the stream! Fortunately neither of us suffered any ill effects but it was very traumatic!
Oh my goodness 🙊😂😂 What a crazy twist that story took! Thank you for taking the time to share that with me. You literally made me laugh and you made my day 😂😂. I’m glad no one suffered any ill effects afterwards.
I enjoyed the ride thxs Also great to see your wonderful interaction with the local people. It is a tough country to livr in....what was the average altitude you were riding on?
Sho Mbongiseni. Thank you. Interesting thing is I’ve never really felt unsafe while there. Although, I do remember being a little anxious the day before - you know, a little bit of that fear of the unknown. So perhaps it’s all in your mind at the end of the day. Quite often we ourselves are our own biggest obstacle in life.
The perfect video to land in my feed as i wake up here in Wales. Inspiring me to carve time out of busy lives, and get out on my bike.
Well, this comment certainly put a smile on my face. Go on, get out there and enjoy life on 2 wheels 😀.
Great riding and scenery Bruno! You really tackle those roads well, 2 up even! Love it.
Thank you for the feedback. Really appreciate it 😀
Thabong standup! I am watching this in memory of Papi Matthews "Folks", continue representing his memories!
In memory of the great man, Papisto! I miss him so much 😔
The interaction with the young lady was brilliant haha, she was so happy waving to all her friends "look at me!!"
I think I may just have made her day. She loved it.

Bruno, love the experience - can you share the routes for future planning and reference to others?
Thank you Koos.
How do you propose that I share route details? In the description or a link to GPX file?
Nice 👍

Thank you Kate. I think average altitude was probably around 2 500m.
I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Great stuff, Broer. I should trade in my V Rod for a GS so that I can join you
Haha! Having owned one, I love V-Rod dearly. But besides the swag, it’s not very practical or useful.
Thank you.
Brilliant video Bruno, just a question how do you manage safely issues when riding solo in the mountains like that ?
Sho Mbongiseni. Thank you.
