Ashwgandha is one of the great immunity booster, Taking 1 spoon of Ashwagandha with a cup of milk on daily basis is good for body and mind. But still I would suggest please ask your doctor once before taking .

So The core antibody test and the surface antigen tests both are positive and my GP said we gonna take blood from you and we will check liver and kidneys function and all came back normal but positive for HBV. He also said I think it's Chronic so we will refer you to the HBV specialist and I'm still waiting for the specialist appointment and he will decide which treatment do I need. Is HBV curable if it is chronic?
you can take but if you have sleep problem then dont take coffee at night. If not try to take it with less sugar or without sugar. Some recent research said, coffee consumption on regular basis can slowdown the risk of liver diseases like cirrhosis, HCC.

Mutton is not good for hepatitis patients because 1) it is very heavy 2) too much iron in red meat 3) too much iron can damage your liver quickly. that's why doctor always said to avoid red meat and alcohol. Still if you want to eat red meat , you can once in a month only.

Have you tested HBV DNA? what is the Virus quantity level?. If it is not chronic then that could be easily cured. Talk to your liver specialist.
