Oh YUM! I love wagyu beef and that looked so ono! And ribeye is my favorite cut too, although I've never tried the tomahawk (always seemed too massive 😆). Will have to try out that steakhouse....and belated Happy Anniversary! 💐

What makes fried rice local style?
Fried rice made by a local person in Hawaii? Every person or ethnicity makes it their way as you would. Mostly it's the shoyu. When I make it sometimes I do chinese style lightly brown colored. But most of the time I put in oyster sauce, shoyu and sesame oil which I believe most people do which gives it a darker color. That's my explanation.
