As an Italian who has been following you for a very long time, I am very honored you dedicated a whole video to talk about our lifestyle :D
I'm from the central part of Italy, but I can confirm everything you said. Sure, we can have stressful moments too, but the idea of taking a break and relaxing is part of our culture. And most of that "relaxing" idea comes along with food. For example, it's extremely rare to see people eating in a rush or while walking on the street: we need to sit down, eat, have a chat with a friend, just take a moment to stop. And it may seem small, but it's important. It's a way to "recharge" ourselves before facing the rest of the day - or to enjoy our time if we're with friends. If we take our time, we can chat a little more and spend more time together :D
Also, I can confirm about the walking: passeggiate are very common, both before and after a meal. When I was in high school, I met with my friends in the afternoon, then had a walk, then dinner, then another walk. It's just a way to chat without sitting down all the time.
While speaking about fashion: sure, we also have clothes for special occasions, but we tend to see as "special occasion" big celebrations only. The rest of the time, we like to dress nicely: we will meet our friends or other people, after all. Or we just enjoy that jacket, as you said. For example, I recently brought this long red dress with white buttons and wore it to pay a visit to my aunt. She's just my aunt, she sees me in pajamas all the time, I could've wear the first thing in my closet. But it's not nice, you know? You're going out, you're meeting other people. And you feel better too, when you wear something you like.
Same goes for other "events" that are not that important, like buying grocery or going shopping or even just taking a walk. They might not be the most important events ever, but they're still part of that "enjoy life" concept you talked about ;)
And one last thing about food: sure, we have premade things too because no one can cook all the time. But 90% of the time, Italians cook their own food. I cook my meals every day, so does my brother, so does everyone else. It's hard to find a completely incompetent Italian, we all know how to cook at least some pasta. Me and my bro learned when we were still teenagers.
And yes, we enjoy farmer markets! We eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and we mostly choose what's in season. It's more healthy :D and I know it, because that's what my grandma taught me. So yes, we basically got most of our "food culture" from our grandparents who taught us the way :D

as an italian I can tell you that here everything really depends on the city you live in, for exemple I live in Milan and we are ALWAYS rushing too but in Venice or in the south of Italy people tend to slow down and enjoy life as you said in the video.
Style, makeup and food really depends on where you live but everything you said in the video is right an makes me feel honored that you see italians in that way

I thought so too. Maybe the older generations are the ones that would go to the farmers market every day, eat lunch slowly but I can imagine that in big cities life is fast peace as elsewhere in the world. Anybody who wants to enjoy holidays, i can recommend going ton art of living centres in ur country and doing the basic course, there 4 days of the course is the best way to enjoy and relax from busy lives, detox body, enjoy good company, dace ,sing and have a good time.
