    I've been doing the wrong thing by my back. I'm fused from L1 -L5, I have a great deal of pain still and feelings of stress. From now on I'll be doing the proper tilt instead of both ways. Thanks Rosemary

    You guys are just so awesome! Somehow for the umpteenth time a video that I actually need is uploaded at the time I need it! How do you know?!? I’m 33 and just ended up at the Chiropractor with what turned out to be a bulging disk. I kept saying to the Chiropractor that my pelvis felt off on top of the pain, that I felt like it was forward. Your video made it all make sense for me. Thank you for making great content that actually helps people, God Sends!!

      Did you have ischemic or hemmoragic stroke?

    • @HalfWarrior
      @HalfWarrior 4 роки тому

      Brick House I had ischemic type; with brain damage lost function of both left arm and left leg; working hard now to get them back in business; pretty difficult when the brain has not been making new or different connections!Im seeing small improvements which is encouraging, but sometimes it seems that my arm might as well be tethered to a 10000 pound weight! Did you have a stroke yourself?

      Concentrate on neutral position over-arching to the opposite direction is just as bad.

    • @hitchinaride94
      @hitchinaride94 4 роки тому

      @@DrRhyhm Yeah, I wish I could do that with my cervical spine, the problem is that I have lost my lordosis there, so to get it into normal /neutral position, I would have to bend my neck in another direction.
      Without a PT, it's really hard to find the original neutral position since my new neutral is kyphotic.

    Considering you have MA in physical therapy (optp.com) and with over 20+ years of experience, and Jeff has BD in similar fields. Do you think he is giving good and correct advices, and are you familiar with his content.
