Bought mine august 6 2021 no issues so far i5 10300h 15-inch IPS 144Hz Full HD res Windows 11 (upgraded) 512G Pcie2 Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650ti Ram 8gb 3200mhz.
How is it now?
Could u share your experience with the heat dissipation of this laptop
Got my TUF F15 for 500+$ or less than 30kphp, i add another 8gb ram for 16gb total and a 1tb ssd, biggest bang for the buck.

@amin mb the screen is good since it is a gaming laptop. It has a 144hz screen and when it come to color and angle i could say it's on point.

Patanong po kumusta siya sa pag sketchup and rendering? Kapag naka On shadow and madaming components hindi ba bumabagal?

Got mine with the 1660 ti and i7 specs, the only problem with asus tuf is the temps, it like having a heater while using the unit🤣🤣, nway nice review kudos!!
HAHAHA also the fan, it is too loud for me compared to my ROG.

I just ordered the one with 1660 Ti and i7 as well. One question: is there a fingerprint reader/scanner on this laptop?
@@HungTran-gs2iu tuf series don't have fingerprint scanner, only vivo book and zenbook series got the fingerprint feature. (I got 2019 version of vivobook) and it has a fingerprint sensor.

Hi! Could you help me decide on which is better to buy? This ASUS TUF Gaming F15, which has same specs on your review, or the ASUS Strix G15 (with specs of: Intel Core i5 10th Gen, NVIDIA GF GTX 1650 Ti, 512GB SSD with spare slot, 8GB RAM which is expandable). Laptop will be planning to be used for eng’g apps like AutoCAD, with casual to minimal gaming. Also thinking on which laptop will last longer between them. Thanks!
Hi there. Both laptops are good naman but in terms of specs sheet, the F15 is better since it comes with the i7 processor.
Here are some points that will help you:
First, you must remember that ROG is a premium gaming series ni Asus, whereas the TUF is like a versatile laptop than you can use both for gaming and office works. Kaya the G15 has more aesthetic lighting on it tapos mas sleek yung design. Para sakin mas maganda din yung cooling system ng ROG. May ROG ako dati and ngayong gamit ko tong TUF, pansin ko lang is sobrang ingay ng fan nya.
g15 has better color accuracy than the f15
TUF has a built-in webcam, si ROG wala
Aluminum ang material ni TUF, yung G15 is plastic
both are 144 hz
specs wise, kay TUF ako. :)
ill answer you.if for engineering job i suggest you go for higher ram 16gb and gtx 1660ti or at least gtx 1650 6gb lower than this u may lag behind esp for rendering and other simultaneous app on background.tia

Hi sir. Yes. Been using this for cad and sketchup. But hindi nya po kaya pag sobranh bigat na file na sa sketchup. Naglalag sya. Considering dn kasi yung GPU na kasama is mejo alangan talaga sya sa mabibigat na files. Pero if hindi nman po ganun kacomplicated, it can do the work.

Hi. Still using the laptop til now. Ang issue lang nya para sakin is maingay yung fan nya lalo na pah nakaturbo. NakaROG kasi ako dati pero di naman ganun kaingay.
Bakit parang hindi ko to makita sa website ng Asus?? Lahat plastic yung laptop and old design :-/

Hi po, I have the same model of loptop but I think mine has an issue. Kase everytime I placed it on a sleep mode or e d"down ko yun lid niya and then when I open it again di na o'On ang screen as in black lang po but the keyboard are still functioning may ilaw pa rin. Is it a normal thing po?
Hi there. Yes, normal thing po yan. Kaht sa ROG ko at ni bf ganyan din po. Galing kasi sya ng sleep. Try mk na yung switch ang pindutin mo instead na galawin yung keyboard or trackpad. Soft touch mo lang yung switch.

Hi! Nangyayari talagal yun sa gaming kasi nagchechange ng refresh rate yung laptop mo. Pag nakaunplug is navdadrop yung FPS nya to around 40-60. Depende yan sa laptop mo. Den pag sinaksak mo charger is nagooff ulit kasi nagaadjust pataas ulit yung refresh frate. Papalo ng 120 or 140, depende sa max ng laptop screen no

@@evangelinecanillo6127 hi. Try this na hndi nakaplug in yung charger nyo.. On your desktop view > right click > display setting > advance display setting > refresh rate > set to higher. If di nagpapakita yung refresh rate click display adapter prop > monitor> refresh rate

@@ArchiTechTour thanks for the information. The Microsoft Store lied to me then. Their tech specs page have "fingerprint reader". Is it a good laptop for the price, though?
@@HungTran-gs2iu Oh, i am not sure with that. But the variant that is with me has no fingerprint sensor. You can double check it tho. On the power button, check if there's a symbol for fingerprint.

Maybe since we're from different countries, we might have variants of the laptop, one with fingerprint sensor and one without. I'll let you know in a couple days once the laptop gets delivered to me. It's the 1660 Ti and i7 specs.

Hi bka alam mo to. I think common issue na siya pero dko pa rin maayos. About sa pag pnlugged in and out yung charger namamatay yung screen for 1-2sec. Ano ba dapat gawin? Tuf gaming FX506L
normal lang po yung pagpatay po ng 1-2 secs po ng laptop po, same din po ng sa akin po :)

This laptop can support up to 32GB of RAM. And no, you cannot upgrade the Video Card of laptops, this along with the CPU, is embedded to the motherboard.
Choose pc if you want to upgrade more components, only storage and ram a laptop can do for upgrades

Yes po yung Asus laptop ko po nagka-blue screen after 2½ years of using it. Parati din po ako nagpapa computer shop para ipa fix yung laptop kaso bumabalik yung sakit niya. So far smooth din sana yung Asus when it comes to its performance. Yung screen niya lang po talaga may problema habang tumatagal at tsaka yung sound ng laptop.

Yes the gpu is present the only thing to consider is upgrading ram if you want o run heavy tasks

Hi there! I always plug in the charger kasi pag ginagamit ko kasi yun disadvantage ng mga gaming. Hindi papalo sa higher refresh rate pag hindi nakasaksak ang charger. Kaya di ko po masabi kung ilang hrs nagtatagal. Tho may isang time na ginamit ko sya na walanh charger kasi naiwan ko, and napansin jo na matagal sya malowbat

Nagdadrop kasi yung refresh rate pati performance. Gumagamit ako ng battery health app ng asus sir. Sineset ko na gang 80% lang yung charge ng laptop ko
