Great!!! These kind of videos are good once in a while. It would also help to put a sample case custody of real estate economics of different places like investment options and ROI in these markets. These kind of videos will also help to start us thinking and brainstorming on real estate of different places outside India.

I'm convinced that investing $50k-100k in the right company before it goes big is more important than saving for retirement. However, picking the right company is so hard that saving might be safer, cuz who would've guessed Nvda? I have around $200k in a HYSA and want to invest. What are the best opportunities now?
I believe investors should start with S&P 500/ETFs for a solid foundation, then diversify across asset classes and maintain disciplined, regular investing to minimize risks and maximize growth.

Last June I went to thailand. Beautiful cities and very discipline people. One thing i liked most is that those people didn't use HORN at any cost ad follow Trafic rules. very organised places ad they maintain cleanliness 😊

Hi Akshat, concept of Condos and Apartments is different. Each condominium in a building can be owned by an individual whereas an apartment is owned by 1 company and the units in apartments can only be rented out (North American perspective)

Hdfc banks aur other banks ki gai bhaisiya paani mein, the retail investors have become smarter and aware about investment options, and banks turnout to be on their hit list, money likely to go in mutual funds, which also have not performed, and will continue to be so.

Currently India is certainly not among the low cost of living.. real estate in India is way too costlier than many other countries in South East Asia, South Africa and few middle east countries.

Hi Akshat , I think this is good idea that we get to see how's the real estate outside India , what is the situation of it, plus glimpse of some very raw information from foreign country. I will suggest you keep doing this kind of videos whenever you are outside India, because most of the time we get to see tourist places but not such raw locations and information.

I was in Reel Islands, Abu Dhabi almost an year ago. One evening when we stepped out my cousin asked me to look around and asked me what I noticed. One thing I noticed was in several buildings only a few lights were on indicating poorly occupied.
Wow, so amazed to see such clean streets in Asian subcontinent... I thought such clean streets are found only in Europe. At least this part of Thailand was an eye opener.
